This is definitely a SCAM. They reach you saying that your profile fits well in their influencer program. Once you buy they stop answering. Also I found they stop using lilithshop and now they are known as mortalia babes or mortalia official, now they have a shopify subdomain also they have 2 instagram aacounts and they do not have comments because they delete them, also likes are hidden because they are at most 10. The other comment that says they were lilithshop it's also true.

They send everyone a message how they have chosen you to be their model and enhance that they have high criteria. Then instead of paying you to model for them or at least asking you to do a barter collaboration with them (to send you stuff for free with free shipping, so you can shoot them), they ask you to pay for their clothes and shoot them for free. So many people had a bad experience with them, that they changed their name to @mortaliaofficial.

If I could give you no stars I would. These people are fraud masters. They take your money. Keep telling you that your items have shipped meanwhile they haven’t shipped. They block you when you let them know you are getting your money back through your bank and they are being charged with fraud. They keep supposedly switching owners. I’m done being nice about it. Expect a lot of legal problems and you can and have been tracked.

Never shipped my order. Responded a couple of times, and promised that they were sending my items. Six months later, nothing, and now their website is not up. Tried to dispute the charge through my bank. Do not waste your time here.

Took my money and never shipped the shoes I ordered. Doesn't respond to the live chat on their website or to emails, the only way I could get them to contact me was to complain in their Instagram comments (which they deleted right before they blocked me, which they also did to another person in the comments who replied to mine saying they didn't get their stuff and couldn't get in contact with them too). They lied about the items already being shipped and could not provide a tracking number when asked for one and that was a month ago and I still haven't gotten my stuff. I had to file a dispute with my bank to get my money back and it's still under review. They marked my order as actually shipped a few days ago but still no tracking. I think they did it in an attempt to lie to my bank so I can't get my refund. Don't order from here, you will really regret it.

#They change the url because of such bad reviews *the lilithshop.co* just so everyone is aware#...I actually deleted my last review because they are ABSOLUTELY 100% A SCAM. Joined them as an "Ambassador" I paid for two items which I got then I order two more and got completely ghosted, took my money, never sent what I paid for or even a tracking number, because they never processed the order then they removed and redid their website so you can't even access your orders and then if you say anything on their Instagram they delete your comments and ignore your messages, I got the screenshots to prove it. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THESE SCAMMERS.

I was trying to join the ambassador program and i ordered three items. the first two took 2 weeks to arrive like they said it would but they were both extremely poor quality. i dmed them on insta and asked for replacements or a refund offering to send the product back. i was told i had to wait until the 3rd item arrived for a refund and low and behold it hasn’t shown up yet. i ordered originally on May 6th and it is June 19th. i tried reaching out again and have been ghosted. i highly don’t recommend

I really like the Israfel dress I got. It was extremely great quality. Shipping was a bit confusing but customer service helped me out a lot and made sure I was kept in the loop of my product.

Received my clothing and I'm very satisfied. I had a mishap and typed the incorrect address, I got a response shortly and it was taken care of. And the quality is definitely worth it. I'm comfortable in my favorite style!!
