AVOID!!
Never received my trainers!!! No contact from them via email, website or Facebook!!!

It's a wonderful shopping place and all things have very good quality and very nice shape also very comfortable

they sent us the sneackes from hong Kong!! They are tottally a fraud!!

NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
I have made an order from their site, which is based in France. As they state on the site “If the product you have ordered is not in stock in Paris, we will search for it among our network of EUROPEAN RETAILERS. Once the product is found, IT IS TRANSPORTED TO OUR PREMISES, received, AUTHENTICATED and checked by our team.” Although, the order was shipped FROM CHINA(!!),and not a European retailer without any notice, so extra customs occurred!
The pair of sneakers I received was FAKE, of very poor quality with glue all over and although I have sent more than 20 emails in order to return them and get a refund, there is no response.They only respond on Instagram, saying they don’t sell fake sneakers, but when I send them photos of the pair I received, asking if they think these shoes are legit, they ignore me!!!

Absolutely awful company, sent fake trainers from Hong Kong. Tried to contact them but no response to emails. AVOID AT ALL COST!

About two months ago i received a gift from my gf, a pair of jordan 1 bleached coral. I was fast to notice it was fake, i got grey laces instead of the coral (pink) ones i should have gotten, it said “made in vietnam” on the box and on the size label , but “made in china” behind the label on the tongue, the back of the insole was blue instead of black and stitching was way off, especially in the sole. I messaged them on the live chat, and provided proof. They denied selling fakes and said that my pair looks just like in the pictures on their website. Ofc they look alike they are reps, how can a sneaker reselling website not know that. I kindly told them that it was the little differences that proved their authenticity to be invalid. They eventually told me to message them on email to get a refund. I messaged them twice, haven t gotten any response since. My gf also talked to them and managed to get to an understanding of them saying they are currently working to return our money. They kept saying that the refund was pending for about 2 weeks. After that we gave up and called our bank to help us. They are willing to help and the discussion is still in process. I still can t believe those scamming *****. Was it that hard for them to admit they sold us a fake pair, it happens very often as it does with stockx and other reselling sites.

Update: My bank was able to get our money back about 2 weeks ago and I still have the fake pair, no one came to pick it up. Btw it is not a legit reselling site, they are straight up selling u fake pairs from china.

Worst experience ever. Scam site, they send fake sneakers from China. You can't get in touch with them. Email doesn't exist, so I contact them on Instagram. They respond after 3 weeks, sweat talking me, saying I can get a new pair or refund. Then, no responds for a month. This website and people are fraud and the worst possible kind of scam, since everything seems legit at first. DON'T BUY!!! STAY AWAY

BEWARE- COUNTERFEIT TRAINERS
After one month of waiting, I received a FAKE pair of New Balance 550,which cost 250 euros. Of course, NO ONE RESPONDS TO THE SEVERAL EMAILS I HAVE SENT IN ORDER TO GET REFUNDED, (they just delete my comments on Instagram regarding my order),but I have already reported them to New Balance for selling counterfeit goods and took legal action against them.
Selling counterfeit goods is ILLEGAL, so I won’t stop until these frauds get punished for this :)

BEWARE!!I paid for 200 euros and I received a FAKE pair of New Balance 550!! The shoes’ quality is very poor, there is glue all over them.
Don’t be misled by the fact that they state they do an authentication check at their premises!The shoes are sent from HONG KONG, while the “company” seems to be based in Paris!
THEY ARE FRAUDS and of course they don’t respond to any of my messages regarding the return and refund!!
Definitely I’m gonna report them to OLAF (the European anti fraud office) and of course to New Balance in order to stop these frauds!

FAKE,bad quality sneakers, which cost 225 euros and arrived after a month of purchase!
No response to the several emails I have sent in order to return them and receive a refund.
The positive reviews are obviously by the owners of the company, as I saw a positive one with my exact name the day I made the purchase(!!)
As many others have written, the sneakers are shipped from CHINA, although they state they are shipped from Europe, so you also have to pay extra customs.
ANYONE who had the same experience with this site, please REPORT them to the original brands in order to stop these frauds!!!

Unfortunately I have received a fake New Balance 550 which I have paid 400€ for.. The pairs didn’t have an authentication tag and I personally checked them against some of the fake markers online and the pairs I received unfortunately are of extreme low quality. I would not recommend them

BEWARE, their customer service is zero.I order from this company and received the wrong size shoes, the responded to my email quickly asking for photos which I sent and haven't heard from them since. I have sent an email everyday for 7 days and no one will respond.

I live in Germany and it said that the shipping is free but later on I got the message that i have to pay 11,49€ cause the package is ordered from outside the EU border.
You can't return the shoes if you have any discount and they purposely do not answer your Emails so that you don't get the chance to return them. I asked for an exchange for a smaller size, but did not get an answer so think twice before ordering here.
Update on 09.12.2022): I sent them an Email every day and they just keep ignoring them.

I can't reccommend the limited club!!
Firstly I was wondered why the sneakers have been sent from China to me although the company is sized in France. Secondly I wanted to give the shoes back as they are too small. I have contacted the limited at least 5 times unfortunately I have no answer to my emails. And finally I got an inovice about customs fees!
