Great Product and Excellent Customer Service
We’re really happy with the purchase and would definitely recommend it to other parents. Our toddler loves using the tower, especially in the kitchen, where he can now get involved and actively participate in what we’re doing. We also had a great experience with the customer service team, who were prompt, attentive and happy to help when we needed it. Overall, a fantastic product backed by excellent customer service!

I received th Little Bunny’s toddler tower as a gift and I genuinely loved this product! It has been such a help with my toddler. Especially in the bathroom. I used to lift him up for washing hands and brushing teeth which gave me back ache. But now it all has become SO easy with this toddler tower. My baby just stands next to me and I do his night routine, very helpful for pregnant ladies as well. I would highly recommend it to every toddler mom for easier life.

What made this experience great was there was a minor issue with parts and The Little Bunny's Customer Lead, Julie, arranged to send spares to me pronto with no questions asked! All company's have issues, it is how they address them that makes the company excellent in my opinion - and this one punches well above its weight.
I was so impressed, so that got mentioned first here, but I have to talk about the product, too!
The Little Bunny unit does not disappoint! It is so perfectly designed, so easy to switch between step-up-tower and mini-bench+table. And importantly, safe for my grandchildren. So well-made - a great finish and quality.
Delivered in a reasonable time frame and well worth the reasonable price, as well!
I highly recommend this. Each of the 5 stars is well-deserved!

Amazing product for people who are in recovery from eating disorders or/and have cerebral palsy
you would be surprised at how many of the care staff(I live in a 65+ facility despite being 33) love the plates and want to order them for their toddlers or toddlers to be. And how many of the eating disorders professionals want the link so their Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder patients can use them to expand their food variety by adding sauces to pasta slowly for example. Also your plate fits the plate by plate approach for those in early recovery(the team has been very responsive to examples I have given of how some people with eating disorders act while in hospital including myself) which is why I chose to have design I have. real recovery doesn’t happen in long term admissions to psych wards or rest homes(my advocate is trying to get me into a smaller residential where I can build in cooking and eating with staff trained in pre and post meal support into my treatment plan
the walls of the sections of your plate help me getting the food on said fork because of cerebral palsys tight muscles(medicine term is spastic and spasticity) make me spill things of my fork or spoon.

Faulty rail but company made good and now my item is working perfectly
I purchased this on Amazon and the rail was faulty. Amazon were very frustrating to deal with, did not care at all and would not just send out a new rail. They insisted the only remedy that they could offer is that I dismantle the tower, ship it back, and then build a new one.
But I reached out to the product company directly and the Little Bunny were very communicative and offered much better remedies.
I was sent a new rail that works, and complimentary items.
The learning tower is great now, my little one loves it and it is safe for her to use.

We’re genuinely sorry that this experience has caused you so much concern. We were especially saddened to read that you felt no one cared, so we would like to clarify the support provided and assure you that we remain ready to resolve this.
We replied to your initial email within 10 minutes. After reviewing the video you sent, it appears the safety rail did not engage with the twist-lock mechanism as intended. However, the footage was not clear enough for us to determine whether the rail was sitting in the release position, whether its required cut-out was missing, or whether the locking section of the side panel was faulty.
To identify the correct cause, we sent you a reference photo and demonstration videos, then asked for one clear close-up photo of each end of your rail. We subsequently followed up by both email and SMS, but at the time of writing, we have not yet received a response or the requested photos.
The whole-product return option described in your review was provided through Amazon’s returns process, not by our customer care team. Purchases made through Amazon and purchases made directly through our online store are administered through separate systems. For an Amazon order, we do not have the delivery information required to independently arrange further assistance, so we need the customer to reply with the relevant order and shipping details.
Our response has never been to simply leave you with the issue or require you to accept an unsafe product. We have been waiting for the additional photo so we can identify the correct part and offer the appropriate solution without putting you through an unnecessary full return and rebuild, as you mentioned in your first email that you don't want to.
Shelby, please reply to our latest email or SMS when you can. We remain ready to work through this with you and sincerely hope you’ll give us the opportunity to complete the resolution. In the meantime, please do not allow your child to use the tower until the safety rail has been confirmed as locking correctly.
