I did not get an immediate confirmation number on the order so I scrolled down and hit place order and didn't check and one order for 2 items. Emailed within 1 minute to see if someone could help. Was informed orders are quick and if i get 2 no worries just give thru return process. RETURNS GO TO ITALY AND BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE. Like $30.00 to return. I will never do business with this company again. God forbid if it was broken.

Do not order from this company. The business address states New York but the toy is shipped from China. I paid highest expedited shipping which states 1-3 days and did not receive the item for over 3 weeks. They require you to pay return shipping. The company correspondence is terrible. I requested the order to be canceled 3 times

Don't fall for the hype!! All went well through the purchase on their website. However, delivery arrived 7 days later than quoted. Product was poorly packaged which led me to suspect the product was of poor quality. I didn't even open the package and tried to begin the return process. Once complete with the online form, the website said I would receive an email with return instructions. After 2 weeks, still no email. I have tried emailing the company directly, as well as leaving multiple messages with the "customer service" department. I have not received any communication from them. Looks like I am stuck with an inferior product. From my online searches, they appear to be a scam. Stay away.

Do not buy from this company it’s a scam! I paid €130 for a karaoke set with guitar, what came was worth at best €20 and is a piece of plastic junk. The mic is really terrible quality and in the picture shows it connecting to an iPhone, actually the connector is one of the plug ins that phones had 7-10 years ago. I actually had a phone from 7 years ago that still worked so got to experience the awful sound. The guitar that came was black instead of pink to match the set and my daughter hasn’t even picked it up. This wasn’t what I ordered and they won’t respond to my request for a refund for even the guitar. I seriously doubt this company is American. Lesson learned I will be buying local from now on.

Not only did it take WEEKS for my orders to arrive, the boxes are damaged and the toys are not the quality I was hoping for! Waste of $100!!!

We bought the Giant Jelly Baloons, inflated to about 50cm (under the recommend) both split at the seam within 2mins of play.
Terrible quality and were charged extra in US dollars not AU.

If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered the karaoke set with double microphones and two cameras. I mistakenly forgot to use the Black Friday discount code. They said to order again and they would help with the return. I did order again. The 1st order received seemed to be missing the cameras, but I figured out they were included in the karaoke box!

The karaoke set didn't work. The 2nd order was not boxed in an outer box, the 4 cameras (I ordered 2 extra) and karaoke set where taped together and then enclosed in bubble wrap which was taped. The boxes were dented.

I said I wanted to return everything. It took forever to hear back. After threatening to report them to Amex, they finally replied that I could ship everything back to Italy! When I complained about that (saying that they had a NY address on their website), they said that was just too bad and offered me a 30% off coupon!

This website is a total SCAM! I will be reporting them.

I found what appeared to be an ideal gift easily, and the holiday discount was very helpful. The advertising said it would arrive a few days before Christmas, but unfortunately that promise was not met. Not only did I have to deal with two disappointed little girls, but I had to pay the return shipping! I contacted the company: they expressed sympathy but didn't do anything to even partially offset the added 'insult' of making me pay to return the items. I find that kind of rigidity offputting. The experience left a bad taste, and I won't be doing business with them again.

Placed order for grandchildren Christmas presents on December 2. Received 1/3 of gifts. As if December 27 other items have not arrived. Contacted
Little Learners Toys numerous times (email and voicemail)beginning December 16. No response until December 22 saying they were investigating. 2nd response on December 24 that shipping was evaluating. My response was I wanted refund. On December 27 response was Relevant team has been informed at received at 9:37am. Again I informed them that items were no longer wanted and to issue refund. At 12:01PM received message that items had been shipped.
Horrible company. Do Not Use.

Complete fraud. I was trying to order a doll from a US shop before Christmas on the 15th. The website had a “guaranteed by Christmas” label on it and I selected 1-3 day shipping. The doll was so expensive- $130. When they “sent” the doll it gave me tracking from a Chinese warehouse. My priority mail shipping has been in “label created” since the 16th and it is now the 27th. This is a fake drop shipping company. I’ve reached out to customer service multiple times and I’ve gotten no response besides them saying they shipped it.

Price point good, several ways to pay. Free delivery very important. Easy to use when making purchase.

Don't order from here, its a total bogus experience. They're hiding that your going to wait forever for the boat from China. Their shipping timelines are flat out a lie. I emailed them for a refund and of course they ghost me. Just don't do it, find a reputable company to work with.

It was visually easy to see and order. The only issue is I found myself unable to switch or change the order. I felt once you hit add, you couldn’t take it off or change it. So, i basically closed it and tried again.
I did contact the company by their listed email about a “forgotten” additional savings. Hoping to hear from them but in all - I am satisfied with the ordering and the ability to scroll and see the products easily.

Don't order from here. I wish you could do minus stars. They only sent me half of what I ordered. I called them 5 times (there message says we always call you back - that should have alerted me, who says that if that is our plan).

Ordered the giant jelly balloon ball. The seam around the air valve opened up during our first attempt at inflating. Probably only 16” wide at tha point and supposed to get twice as big. When I scanned the QR code on the box it took me to a YouTube video for a dehumidifier. This product is crap and the company is either very disorganized or a scam.

Bought a medical trolley for $106.00. When it came in it was a cheap tiny piece of plastic junk. Looked up the product to see where it came from and the EXACT product was being sold on Walmarts site for $37.00. That’s exactly what it was worth. Not a penny more. Go be selling something for almost $70.00 more- the very same product literally same exact brand and everything- is horrible. You can’t contact anyone by phone and they take days to respond to emails. This company is a scam.

Misleading company presenting as safe good quality Montessori type toys meanwhile it appears based on the shipping that they are made and shipped from China which is known to not have a quality safety controls. There is also no transparency or clear communication regarding their shipping process. Would not buy again.

Ordered two childrens toys for $134 for Christmas presents. The credit card went thru immediately, after not receiving order for several weeks followed up with vendor who wanted an order confirmation number because they had no record of order (problem is the vendor never sent one and said they did not have record of order.) Then they wanted copy of credit card monthly statement showing charge. Sent them info on the 134$ charge that went thru but after that still no order delivery. THINK TWICE BEFORE EVEN THINKING ABOUT ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY. WORST ONLINE ORDER EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. At this point I am out $134, 2-3 hours of my time, and still no order delivery. Not sure if they engage in defrauding customers or just incompetence. Either way
