Beautifully made oak latches, hooks etc

This company is such a welcome find. Their products are superior, the prices are for every budget and customer service just outstanding. Here’s why, I didn’t put my floating hook up straight after a refurbishment. Not for a couple of years in fact as I couldn’t find it. When I found the little brown envelope with their name on (I wouldn’t have remember where I bought from) I asked for instructions as it was such a well designed piece and I couldn’t get the little bolts apart. I emailed on a BH and they responded with instructions same day. I now have it in situ and it’s a great hook and looks so nice.
My son commented on it straight away.
