I received fantastic service after I (foolishly) drilled into a bathroom pipe while hanging a cabinet. There was no judgement from either the office I called or from the plumber who arrived (within an hour) to fix the problem. Well worth the money I paid for the service, the plumber, and the speed of repair. Pipe was fixed within 15 minutes of the plumber's arrival.

Rang this company to look at my leaking radiator, the engineer came a day late, he looked at my radiator , the cost he quoted me to change valves on two radiators was absolutely astronomical, I said to the engineer I would speak to my partner ( being polite to decline) as it was a lot more than I expected, an hour later received a call from this company, he said even though it says FreeQUOTE !! On there website I am expected to pay another fee for the engineer to travel to my house, that is not a free quote, advise this company take the free quote advertising advert off there site, you are misleading people, avoid, rude office staff, miss leading,😡

Job was professionally done to a high standard, any and all questions were answered promptly, job start to finish taken care of the tradesman deserves his own h8gh standards review great guy and knows his job.

The engineer arrived on time and carried out the work efficiently. He cleared up and removed the rubbish.
