We had an issue with a failed locking mechanism, which meant one of our apartment doors wasn’t clicking shut properly. The Lock Specialist attended quickly and immediately identified a fault with the bespoke mechanism. They managed to source the necessary parts within 24 hours and had everything fitted and working perfectly soon after.
The booking process was simple and efficient, communication was great throughout, and the overall service was excellent. Very happy with the outcome and would definitely use The Lock Specialist again.

John got me into a complicated biometric lock which multiple people declined helping with! Was here in 15 minutes!!!!!!! Super kind, friendly and experienced guy! Highly recommend

I have a very smart and athletic cat called Theo. By observation and experiment he learnt to open the front door of my flat by a standing jump from the floor to the lever. He tried this once too often today (
Boxing Day) and managed to flip the snip as I think it's called. So front door key did work. Carer locked out then me on return. Cat locked in and could have accompanied Bob Marley. Called the Lock Specialist sent photo of front door. Mase and John arrrived without getting lost which often happens with my postcode. Tried for one hour to make non destructive entry. Eventually forced to drill out mechanism and replace it. Instead of like for like and risk of repeat Mase invented a cat proof mechanism which cannot be accidentally flipped to lock from inside. So far Theoproof

Super efficient quick and reliable

Aman and his assistant attended to the job within 15 mins of me calling for help; he completed the job - with brand new replacement parts - in under 30 minutes, and was extremely professional throughout. A pleasant experience, and highly recommend!

This service is as close to extortion as is permitted by law. I was tempted in with a 30-40 minute promise and because looked like they were based in same postcode as property. After several minutes was told that had to pay immediately and quoted £352! For that price they would only provide access to locked out tenants and not fix/replace lock- that would cost another £150+ and take another day. We had guests outside and so felt had no other option. The payment system was very old fashioned and took a few min plus turns out they weren't actually based where advertised but other side of London! Their guy arrived >50 minutes from time quoted 30-40 min which wasn't terrible although given cost was still a let down. It took him <5 min to let in guests. We were quoted £150 by Your Locksmith London for emergency call out which included fixing the lock. We ended up going with them on non-emergency to fixing/replacing lock the next day for £80. Wish we had gone with them in the first place...

Just had Ali and his colleague on over to help us with a lock we had broken our key in. They managed to pick it in under a minute and left us with detailed information on what we should do to secure our property more efficiently. Friendly lads, in and out in no time. Highly recommend.
