The “chat” appears in the bottom right hand corner, and clicking on the “x” doesn’t stop it from reappearing 5 seconds later. Disabling this in Settings achieves nothing. It is the equivalent of being in a physical shop and having a “Shop Assistant” follow you around and keep asking you the same question. Pathetic.

I don’t trust the company after they still haven’t closed my accounts after 2 months of multiple attempts and requests. They first told me I had prizes that they needed to pay me, then they said that was a mistake. Now they told me they don’t know why they can’t close my account.

I’ve had absolutely no issues with the The Lott App it’s been smooth, reliable, and easy to use every time. Everything works just as it should, which makes the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. It’s nice knowing I can check my tickets and results without any fuss.

Of course, it would be lovely to land the big one, but I like to think the Universe just has me waiting my turn. In the meantime, I stay optimistic and genuinely wish the big winners well and someone has to win, after all.

As they say, you have to be in it to win it, so I’ll keep showing up with a little hope and a good attitude!!

Stop sending emails telling people you had a win spending $50 and getting $10 IS NOT WINNING not in any realm of reality.

Terrible app. Can never find today's results. Whoever made it doesn't make it simple. Why is there no tab with today's results and my entry on one page. Stupid

Great now that I have your attention.
Please do not buy any tickets or scratchies if you are intending to place them in a Christmas, Birthday card or whatever the occasion and sending it to another state in Australia. That winning ticket is only recognisable in that state only. To claim your win you either go to the state in which the ticket was purchased ( worth it for really big wins) or you can place your winning ticket in the mail and claim your smaller wins. In my case $5 win but hardly worth it when you have to pay $2.50 on postage. There go's my free coffee. So who wins ? The Lott !
They have made a profit of $7, That's $2 dollars to purchase the ticket and the win on the ticket in my case $5 that I will not claim. You can multiply that by thousands of others people who can't claim small wins because it's just not worth it and that will be a BIG Profit to The Lott. This information isn't on their website. I spoke to a customer service agent at the Lott. As good as your well wishes are people, don't waste your money.It seems today I had time on my hands and played detective. Thank you for your time !

Easy app to use.

Personally I never had any issues with the app. I find it easy to use it. I can select the lottery type, the individual numbers, save each game as “favourites” (for quick replay), check out and cross my fingers.

The only drawback: it never gives me the good news, like I’ve won. 😂😂

Why has The Lott changed the login protocol with another layer of alleged security when there is already password and biometric identification. This is useless OTT process making an enjoyable event into a tiresome thing

Let's start with hotel venues not willing to pay over 500 . Pathetic!
So I go all the way into city to collect. After half hour looking for carpatk paying for carpark asking for south Australian head office manager Le Anne because first lady was unhelpful. Makes the experience rather simple, especially joining local syndicates which return funds to the local merchants. Better than tipping your money into foreign owned sports betting, or worse yet, the awful unregulated online pokies. Rules must be clearly mentioned in thelott website regarding self exclusions and account ban.
There is no info in the website about account ban if 3 self exclusions are opt in.
Have given them genuine reasons for the 3 self exclusions but they still blocked me.
My account got banned for this non existent rule in thelott and they claim the rule is in one of the pdf of victorian responsible gambling terms. Comeon Lott, the chances of winning jackpot are increasing and price too
Thelott must review their policies regarding the above and must clearly mention.
They blocked my account and permanently banned me from playing online.

I mean look at last night's winning numbers. Powerball is rigged.

I’ve been using the Lott app for some time with no problems when out of the blue I got a login error which I didn’t make as I login with fingerprint verification. Several resets later and password and username changes all with the same result….login error. I’m annoyed that the blame is directed at myself when I’ve done nothing differently. So this is where we part company. Your app is 💩.

Its their WebSite!! It constantly shuts itself down after you are trying finalise a transaction. Time and time again.
After 3 or 4 times of going back and redoing your selections, you just give up. Usless!!! I hate having to give 1 star!

What's the point of running a $200,000 Set for Life Promotion if NO ONE wins it throughout the promotion period. It just feels like a case or instance of false advertising.

the $2 Lucky Lotteries, the odds are supposed to be 1 in 23. Well, I've purchased over 240 numbers in a single draw and only won 2 free tickets. The Lott capped these tickets so people can only purchase 10 numbers at a time to make the odds more fair for players. It hasn't worked, the same people keep winning the major $100,000 prize. Something is off with this game.
