Made wrong appointment for me so when I turned up they could not do my hair and no alternative appointment given even though I had paid upfront. American express got my money back for me but then LTL escalated to a debt collection and despite months of back and forth I had to pay, plus a fine! Disgusting service

Order ref 69038, 69042 subscription ref: 159380963708 date 28/8/36 A little disappointed because minutes after placing my order I emailed to cancel them and my subscription. I did not get a response to this request. Later that day I was notified that my order had been completed. I emailed your team again and I was told it was too late. I would have to refuse delivery which may be difficult as I will be on holiday abroad.

I am a regular customer of the LTL shop. Why? Because they offer excellent value for money, a great rate and excellent customer service. Goods arrive promptly and are packaged carefully. Highly recommended! Thank you LTL! 😀

Products never delivered! Attempted to contact but they didn’t resolve so lodged a chargeback. Now they’re hounding me with a debt collection agency for products I didn’t get!

A chargeback for products that were never delivered in June 2025 has been handled unnecessarily aggressively and with very little willingness to properly engage with the points raised. No attempts to resolve with me and sent to a debt collection agency 14 months later. The debt collection company acting on their behalf has repeatedly refused to put specific points to LTL, despite being asked to do so, while continuing to demand evidence that is no longer possible for me to obtain.
The whole process has been unnecessarily stressful and disproportionate. Ironically, while all this is ongoing, I still receive regular emails from the company offering me discounts and encouraging me to order from them again. Needless to say, I won’t be doing that!

No senior stylists would honour my voucher in the Vauxhall salon so I won't be buying vouchers any more.

Order from this company regularly, great service from ordering to delivery. Would definitely recommend.

The delivery is super quick but better than that are their prices.
