Item never received so asked for refund. Only refunded 1p and rest would come within 30 days. Ordered 28 jan 26 and still waiting today for rest of refund 7 april 26. 😡😡

Do not buy got sucked in this company should be shut down same story as others can’t e mail as they shut it down

iI bought a set for husband XXXL
arrived - materiel was sooo cheap and nasty and size wouldnt fit a medium
been trying for a refund for nearly a month with not even a response

If i could not score at all I would. Please, please, please do not purchase from this fraudulent company. There clothes are not local, they are coming from China, the sizing is smaller. There is no returns process, instead they haggle you down a refund, initially 30% and keep the unwanted clothing. Eventually, after much correspondence we agreed on a 70% refund and weeks later I am still awaiting for this. They are a con site who deceive you in thinking their brands are genuine when they are fake and do not refund you your money, even after agreeing to do so.

Well, where do you start !!!! 3 weeks to receive what I can only say is the worst garment of clothing I have ever seen. The quality of the product is only matched by the after service and the promise of a 50% refund (which you will never receive). Do not buy from this company as you will regret immediately!!!!!!

Terrible experience, bought 2 Ralph Lauren completely wrong sizes and poor quality. Offered me 30% refund over a month ago, still nothing! Avoid at all costs.

Purchased a Ralph Lauren set. Came in a china bag, fake and rubbish quality. Emailed them and they agreed to a 50% discount and to keep the outfit. 20days later and no outfit and now the email address is coming back as undelivered. DO NOT buy from this company.

NEGATIVE TO A POSITIVE!

After leaving a negative review in reference to a recent issue I had with an order, I feel it’s only fair to edit my review after being personally contacted by a Titan Mouthguard director, with an apology and explanation with what had gone wrong with my order.

Mistakes can happen, and I received my order, which I was very happy with, along with the customer care and communication I received along the way… thank you!!!

DO NOT BUY anything from this so called company.
I bought 2 Ralph Lauren sets - utter rubbish. Sizes completely wrong & cheap material.
Asked for a refund & they offered me 50% off next order. Told them I want a refund as advertised on their site - gave me an address in China & I would have to pay shipping costs & custom fees!
I’m reporting them to trading standards as they advertise address in London / please do the same so that they get shut down completely !!

Sent out shoddy inferior clothing nothinging as advertised. Meant to be a 2 piece Ralph Lauren set which cost £70. I've been wearing Ralph Lauren clothing as it is a quality trusted brand for years. This garbage luxe in london are peddling is absolute trash not even worth a 5er. And the cheek of it to ask me to pay the shipping to return it and recive my refund. Surly it should be other way round money then return. Absolute trash company stay well away

Ordered the Boss t-shirt and short set. What arrived was some cheap disgusting tat material, poorly made and was supposed to be black but was a see through grey. Do not order from this site !!!

Instagram ad said shop was closing down due to the loss of founding partner. Plausible. So went ahead and ordered some items. The clothes looked of high quality. 5 mins later I checked some reviews, wish I had before ordering. So within 5 mins I emailed to say that I wish to cancel order... company emailed about 10 mins later to say order had already been processed. This is where I thought oh no. How can an order that went through on a Sunday night at 10.30pm already be processed. I argued this point via email with customer service, they said it was too late.
Fast forward 3 weeks later, clothes coming from China not London. Tracking confirmed this and clothes are cheap and ill fitting. 3 of the items don't fit despite checking the sizing. I have requested a refund but by the reviews this seems virtually impossible. Not sure if I will get a response. EVERYONE OUT THERE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. SCAM SCAM SCAM. REPORT THEM AND SPREAD THE WORD

Absolutely disgusting and terrible experience! Bought two items from this website and when they arrived they were the wrong size, poorly made, fake and not worth the money paid for them! I am extremely disappointed as the items were bought as gifts and they are terrible quality and a scam! There was no clear communication or solution provided apart from being ignored when trying to contact them. Never buy anything from LUXINLONDON!

Absolute rubbish, claim they are based in London, but products get shipped from China, I asked them to cancel order but still they sent it, after reassuring me they and the products are ligit, they are certainly not, Ralph luaren tops & shorts with no labels, stitching all over the place, I am hoping my bank refunds me the money and these products can be used as rags. They offered me 30% or I could pay the shipping to return goods then id get a full refund.

Awful experience - utter rubbish, material so cheap, terribly made. Two outfits went straight in the bin! Lesson learned. Do not order from this company. Ships from China nothing to do with London. Complete scam.

Zero stars not even one. Fake goods sent bogus scam. Buyer beware. Don’t purchase. I am sending product and packaging to trading standards it had some addresses on it along with emailed them twice recommending they refund me before I go ahead to do this. In honesty I’m doing it anyway.

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. The clothes that I ordered are horrible and cheap material. The dresses were ill fitting and had threads coming off them. Very disappointed.

I have unknowingly been set up a subscription for a hair growth product when I thought I was making a one of purchase. Another £30 has recently gone out of my account and more products have arrived I did not want .
I can’t find the website to cancel the subscription .
The product is rubbish too.
Trouble is for most of us we order before reading reviews , I’m not making this mistake again!!

They are a scam, send you sub standard tat instead of the item shown on their website. No way to return it unless you pay to send items back to China. They've gone bust so no hope of getting money back. Surely they shouldn't be allowed to trade after the company has been dissolved?

Do not buy from this dreadful website. Quality is horrendous and they won’t let me return as my reasons are not in the refund policy, even though they don’t fit and are not as described on the website. I am so disappointed and it is such a shame there are so many awful and greedy people out there. Avoid at all costs.
