I dealt with them dating back to covid…

I dealt with them dating back to covid lockdowns for birthday gifts for my daughter. Not everything was received and of the merch I got, of course it is all replica and some of it was damaged. At first, my communication with the company was amicable and they offered replacement and refunds but they did not follow through and eventually they were shockingly callous and rude, like unbelievably unpleasant and unprofessional. So they are still around up to the same practices.

The products are fake

The products are fake! I order one Labubu and they sent me one from the brand I didn’t asked for! Bad packaging and too expensive for the products we thought could be real!

I am really unhappy with this! Say no to counterfeit products! Don’t buy from this website!!!!

Less than one star if that was even possible!!!! Fake fake fake products! Shocking customer service! All their comments are turned off online, probably due to the amount of people stating they are selling fakes! It’s appalling!
