They are scammers. Received a vintage LV bag from them in ebay box, when opened rigjt away can smell fresh glue odor, upon further inspection fake parts and third party alterations repairs were noticed that they never mentioned. The seller refused return refund and blocked me. Third party authentication just confirmed that bag is original but alterations and repairs were done to a vintage bag by third party . Original bag with fake vacchetta and part, value $0 yet they try to sell for $1095.00

I'm very disappointed as I just…
I'm very disappointed as I just received my Prada wallet and was very much looking forward to it. Unfortunately it has a very strong / bad smell of a musty/mildew odor. I immediately sent an email to them for return / resolution and have yet to receive a response of acknowledgement. Very poor customer service.
