Don’t expect the perfect fit promise! A waste of money!
I ordered these back in December as a Christmas present for my daughter. First training session after Christmas and she had to swap to her old goggles after 1 length. They leaked so badly. We changed the nose piece, double checked the straps and they still leaked. After a couple of emails back and forth and a ‘deep dive’ with customer service into the problem, they said they could fix the problem and would send out another pair. This was in January. We are now at the end of March. There has been no response to my emails and nothing has arrived. Dozens of emails are being ignored. Out of pocket and useless goggles! We won’t be reordering or recommending these to anyone else at the club either.

Everything worked great except I wanted to buy two ( indoor /outdoor) but package wasn’t available until after checkout

This is a very good product; it is both durable and reliable.

Like it and maybe buying the new one after this. The aero edges is super nice and has a smooth flow👍🏻

These are literally the best goggles I've used. I've swum my whole life and I was just used to wearing uncomfortable ones that hurt my nose. For the first time, I don't even have marks after a training session or water getting in. They are simply great.

Good service and great goggles that came Quickly

Customer service has been NON-existent! Tried calling a couple times and left messages. Emailed 3 times at least. All to confirm the order was for the correct person. Crickets back. NO RESPONSE whatsoever over the course of an entire week. Says goggles shipped days ago and no response. Again customer service is a ZERO as it is NON-existent!!!!

This company always responds within hours to even the smallest request. And, of course, their goggles are outstanding - nothing else keeps my eyes dry.

I was dubious having had issues with leaky goggles from lots of different manufacturers but these are brilliant. No leaks, great vision and I highly recommend them.

This is my second pair of googles and it has improved a bit since my last one.

Great personal fit, really comfortable

The first pair didn’t fit, the customer care and support was excellent and the second refined pair are excellent

Love the face scan for individualized fitting for the goggles. I would however suggest that they explain ahead of time what you will be doing once you remove eye glasses - I was unable to read the words popping up on the screen during the scan.

I understand now how perfect the fit is. No pressure, no leaks. Thanks!

When my goggles leaked and caused pain, they were promptly replaced with a much better fitting pair. I am so impressed by the superior customer service at The Magic Five!
