Very good product. Not perfect, as no WordPress framework obviously is, but still under constant development. Support service over the average and ready to help whenever possible. As a long-standing user I can only recommend it. The only trouble is that it is not opened to a community of developers, but obviously this is a known fact before you buy it: there are other themes for this.

I have used the product Avada for years. It is giving me a critical error. I tried to open a ticket. It wants me to upgrade my subscription. Fine. So I pay $67 and my subscription is still not updated. can't even send them an email to complain.

After working so much on the website woth avada. There is a problem with uploading videos and customer support can’t solve. So many hours just went to waste :((((

The company is unfortunately focused on profits, not customer satisfaction.

My certificate expired with the change to Avada 7.3.
I had a token saved and they required a purchase code.

After contacting the support, they did not want to restore the "purchase code" on the basis of the purchased "token" (for me it is the same, and they changed something and it is not anymore). They asked me to PAY A SECOND TIME if I want the purchase code...

I had to look for a contact with an IT specialist who designed my website 5 years ago... This time I made it. But don't count on them to help you in an emergency.

I recommend it, but it's a company that cares about your money, not your satisfaction...

I have been happy with my AVADA Theme, got super customer service when I had a problem!
It's a fine line between being easy and got advanced features. I love that I got options, and their video tutorial library is a must!

My suggestion is simple: just DON'T BUY THIS THEME.

Customer support is the worst I've ever found in all of my life. The new upgrade the 7.4 makes even things worse than before. If you write the support for bugs and issues they will tell you that all of your questions are not related to their responsibilities.

The result: my website is broken, slow, with many issues in speed and they are simply unable to fix what they created. And now with the new google algorithm I have to pray to don't lose position before i will make build another website.

If you want to get frustrated, damaged with your business yes then buy this theme.

Me and my admin found several times bugs and issues that they never fixed and they just blame us to us caching plugins like wp rocket. Thaks god wp rocket exist as whout it wou would never be able to have an acceptable speed.

Much better Elementor and Divi, or Flotheme.

Avoid Avada: it's an old fashioned theme, with many bugs and problems and the customer service is the worst I ever experience in my whole life.

They are arrogant and you pay to receive just nothing when there are other themes like flotheme with a customer service included and very supportive and definitely more efficient than them.

I really wish that my experience will be useful for who is risking to be stuck in this puddle of mud. Just listen to me: AVOID AVADA.

Full of red errors in the coding that slows your website down.
Waste of Money.
