I purchsed the Orchid Store Pro plugin and the support was more than excellent. I can't thank them enough.

I found a problem, I posted on the support forum and a short time later I received a response, followed the instructions, and the problem was solved. It doesn't get much better than that.

DOORS OPEN Pittsburgh had the Fascinate Pro theme but new versions hadn't been uploaded in a year. This led to problems with updating the license key. Eric offered to install version 11 and add the new key. He did it quickly and everything is working well.

Eric also gave us guidance on an error message related to the theme and PHP versioning. His professionalism, upbeat attitude and fast response time is everything a customer would want. We are happy and the site is working so much better. Thank you, Eric!

My experience with the Cream Magazine theme has been very good - it looks good and works well. I did have an issue with something in the theme, but this was quickly resolved via the support forum.

My experience with THEMEBEEZ is really awesome. You provide very fast services. Before few days back I need to made some changes in my website but I was unable from my side, then I maild to themebeez they helped me and solved everything within a minute.

The theme is very versatil and useful. Moreover their support is fast and very helpful.

Absolutely recommendable! Even if I used the free version of a theme, my issue has been analysed thoroughly without blaming me as customer to do something wrong.
Reason for the issue was very quick found and eliminated due to an theme update within 1 day!

I installed the "cream magazine pro" version. There was a small problem at the beginning but quickly resolved by the team. I am completely satisfied.

Themebeez spend a lot of time and at any daytime for excellent support. Fast and effective solutions especially for free themes is a realy great effort. Next buy surely at themebeez. Go ahead themebeez-team! ;-)

My Experience with Themebeez has been nothing but positive, I initially purchased a theme from them for my community blog. I was completely new to WordPress and Theemebeez's support has been there for me every step of the way even when it was things outside of their scope they would give that extra service and helped me find a solution. I can't stress enough how well their customer support is alongside making really great themes and plugins.
