Following treatment at this clinic…
Following treatment at this clinic ,exactly 13 days ago i developed a hematoma and bruising that is still visible today .I contacted the clinic several times ,provided photographs and raised concerns about the outcome .
When I reported the issue ,I was told Sol ,who carried out the treatment will see me in two weeks .
Given the symptoms I was experiencing,I was disappointed with the level of aftercare and follow up.
The clinic later offered me a refund in writing offering me a refund for my troubles .However
I was informed by phone that a refund will not be provided .
My original review is no longer visible ,and I did not remove it myself.which is why I am sharing my experience again .I am posting this so others can make an informed decision .My concerns not only relate to treatment outcome but also to the way my concerns were handled afterwards.

Profilho at the Wimbledon Mediclinic…
I attended the Wimbledon Mediclinic recently for Profilho and I was so happy with the results but also how I was treated in the clinic. The aftercare was amazing and weeks later my skins glowing more than ever. Looking forward to my next session!

Each time has been relaxed and calm, not rushed at all. Very welcoming and knowledgeable.
Highly recommend! Really well priced and friendly, felt very looked after and can't wait to get booked in next time!
