You are manipulating your feedback system and removing buyers honest feedback in the favor of the sellers.

You forget that we buyers who makes you money.
Removing people reviews should be done with very high consideration.

Take contact with your customers and try to resolve their issue instead.

Your refund system is very unfair to buyers since you don't offer any and even if a user open a case against you to get refund you block the user account and this might lead to blocking access to many templates user have bought on your platform. This is called fraud if you don't know.

I'm customer since few years and after purchasing the last product and registering the license on my website they locked my Theme Forest account. I contacted the support, they don't want to unlock my account. I can't use anymore my product, I paid, this situation affects my business, my health. I'm tired of this situation. Nobody help me, the author can't do anything. I didn’t did anything bad to be locked. This issue has happened to a lot of customers. Envato fix this problem!!!

Absolutely trash.
After spending hours looking for the right template i finally found one.

I then created my account and tried to purchase. I got immediately locked out of my account . And was told I was banned for life. (I have never used the web before)

Do not waste your time here

Very bad experience with them, do not buy anything from their website because they all said you have support and you can request refund but no one actually look at those.

My account got locked after I tried to pay for one item with my credit card . I've made several purchases on the website via Paypal with the very same credit card.
I wrote to the customer support and one Harry Frankfurt replied

"Hi there,
Regrettably, after further review, we’re using our discretion and will not be re-enabling your account.
Please note, your most recent order has been voided by our payment system, so no funds have been taken from your account.
Regards"

Now I'm locked out from my account and I'm not even able to download what I've purchased in the past. SCAM!
So, beware new customers, since they can use their so-called "discretion" to do whatever they want with your account, I'd recommend to think twice before purchasing or selling anything here.
