These are a bunch of scammers and thieves, I purchased 3 shirts 3xl and 3 rags arrived which weren't much bigger than baby grows. Just gives online shopping a bad bad name.

Further to my previous review about the man's zip side boots. They are advertised as leather uppers which I doubted . Well guess what. My poor review was fully justified when the boots fell apart after a few months use. Not just one of them but both . What a load of garbage. I should have read the reviews first. One star is way to much and why they are allowed to continue trading whilst lying in their descriptions is scandalous.
CAVEAT EMPTOR. You have been warned.

I could have bought my clothes on wish for a quarter of the price.I thought this was an Irish company.Bought a polo shirt but when I received shirt don't recognise the logo .Never again.

One Star too high - long shipping delays, poor clothing not as described, no response on multiple returns label requests, got a refund via my cc. A scam basically...

Do not deal with this company!! I ordered sweaters for my boys Xmas which arrived in January. The quality was extremely poor and they looked nothing like the items on line. I’m still awaiting a credit.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS ... Poor products and a phoney return service ... I ordered two shirts that were like rags ,,, sent them back .. total hassle as they tried not to let me return them by offering discounts .... Products shipped to return address in China ... DHL says non-existent premises and was charged by shipper again for handling. NO CREDIT was ever forthcoming and flagged to my credit card company as a scam company. They offered refund in full.

This site is a total scam as the reviews suggest. I managed to get my money back through my banks' charge back. It's a bit of a faff but worth pursuing.

Cheap Chinese Copies. I bought some stiff collared polo shirts from this company on 11th January which took around a month to arrive from China. Needless to say they are nothing like the images portrayed on their website and are incredibly poor quality, and not stiff collared.

Like the comments below, I waited ages and even cancelled the order and asked for a refund. Low and behold the items appeared a week later. Asked the company for a full refund and after numerous emails offering discounts and environmental concerns, I was told to return them to a Netherlands address. I tracked the items in country. I informed the company the items were waiting for collection they had to pay the customs. Needless to say again after numerous more emails they told me the order was returned as it was not delivered. Then emailed me to send it to china. luckily I used my credit card.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I'm unable to give lower than 1 star. This company is fraudulent. Their clothes are not anything like their photographs. The item was weeks late. They haggle for weeks saying that they're trying to avoid damage to the environment by a return. The most they will offer is 40% money back. I returned the item to the address in Denmark they provided at my cost but it was declined and returned to me. They now say I have to return it to a Chinese address and as their procrastination has pushed it over 30days since purchase (although it took weeks to arrive) they're only offering 20% off.

Company is a fraud, the send product that isnt fit for purpose spend months trying to return, with offers of dicounted return they provide an address i pay and it comes back to me. now i am going round and round with them. As a company owner this frustrates me so i am going to my credit card company for a refund...

SCAM! same thing that has happened to a lot of people.
ordered a £60 coat, took so long to come and when it did, the size was terrible, the material was really poor!.
they offered me only 40% refund which I declined and sent them the coat back. The coat got sent back and now they want me to either spend another £15 to send it to them again or to accept a 40% refund. Real Scammers.

If I could give zero stars I would.
Bought a coat for £60 and it looked like something that was made in an arts and crafts class at Primary school. After waiting over a month for delivery, I returned to the coat in line with their returns policy which cost me £16 in postage only for them to return the coat back to me. After much back and forth I ended up accepting a 40% refund which I still haven't received. This is a genuine SCAM SITE they are not based in the UK it's China. Do not make the same mistake as me!! I feel so violated I wish I just went to M&S :-(

I wish I could give less than 1 star. Ordered a jacket and it was such poor quality that I wanted to return it. They try barter with you with a % of refund. I declined and opted to return it for a full refund. Paid for the return only for it to sit at customs for weeks on end and then returned back to me. Now no one will respond to my emails. Such a waste of time and money. I hope the people who own and work for this company can sleep at night. Shameful!!!

Avoid this company,,,my Mrs bought a coat she liked for my b,day,,turned up completely wrong size .shoddy work on coat..sent back ,with cost .sits at a place in Holland then comes back,,as like the rest of complaints on here its all the same ,you get item returned and no refund,, there must be someone that can stop these type of people operating .the other address in green lane London but probably just a office like the one in Holland,,so please be aware AND AVOID THIS COMPANY

As all of the comments below, my package returned from Netherlands after 3 weeks of me contacting them saying it is sitting in customs on their doors step. (I sent the tracker number and images to prove I sent these also as they said they would track pro-actively). Ironically within 48hrs of package being returned to me, they sent an email to say it did not arrive and sent back to sender (oh, so you did check the tracking number) grrrrrr! Now because this is 30 days over, if I want a full refund I need to send to China! Has anybody ever bothered to go that far, did they received a full refund? I have sent them a polite email before I escalate this. Anybody friends with Martin Lewis? Let me know. Thanks.

Warning do not use! This company is not operating correctly, goods are of poor quality, items are shipped from China, when you request a return, you are offered a percentage of the cost. You have to pay for postage yourself and given an address in Netherlands for your goods to sit in customs and returned to you. I have complained again and now I’m being offered a % or to send the goods to Hong Kong at my own expense.
