I have to say incredible plugin, whilst I am not a full time developer i struggled with alot of the coding etc..

The plugin was easy to use, clear, a lot of content and documentation available for support,

BUT, When i got really stuck i reached out for help and the agent support just went above and beyond in supporting me to change elements that i was struggling with..

the plugin is easily compatible with paid membership pro and the default page templates and course layouts and functionalities were just bang on, nothing too much and just everything a user needs.

after using Lifter LMS for 5 years, I decided to migrate to Tutor LMS Pro. In Tutor, I found many more features which I was really missing in Lifter. The user experience, interface, communication tools with your students are super in Tutor. The Tutor player is just fantastic. I embed Youtube video in there and the player doesn't show all these distracting windows. The player is clean and very intuitive. Now I stay in touch with my students via comments, QA's, rating tools. I and students receive notifications instantly on email and can reply right away. My students love new UI and capabilities. I have no more hassle with renewal of different functions like payment gateway, mailcheap etc as I purchased Tutor Pro lifetime at black friday price. I had to migrate over 100 existing student to new platform and I was a bit nervous how it would go. Everything came out really well as I had timely help from Tutor support team. Special thanks to Rashed. Yes, I'm really excited and surely will stay with Tutor LMS.

The customer service is patient, professional and responsive, even though I use the free version, they are always there for me. The problem was solved in two days which is impressive.

Rashed answered my question promptly and helped me resolved my issue.

I had several issues with the Skillate theme, I filed two tickets of support through Themeum website. I received emails from two differente support specialists. One of them reply to me with this text:

"However you see right now due to the changes of policy of our company. I cannot make extensive tests in a live environment. The issue that you are facing is a unique one and none of our other users are facing anything similar. In order to troubleshoot this I will have to test through a lot of things."

I didn't like his answer, so I continue talking with the other guy: Rashed Hossain. He was always willing to help me in all the problems I had with Skillate. His treatment of me as a client was always extraordinary. Rashed always went out of his way to fix the issues, some related to translation and some quite serious as users couldn't log in on my site.

I sincerely recommend Themeum to recognize the effort and professionalism of employees like Rashed.

the truth we did not know what to do, something as simple as a top page caused so many problems. I was about to change the lms service but RASHED HOSSAIN responded to my support the same day I issued it and it was like talking to him on whatsapp, super fast.
