We got the organic goat milk from Jovie for ages 10 months and above. This was the first formula I had used and my son liked it. I am really grateful for organic and cleaner ingredients. We live in the USA, but Europe has cleaner formula than the USA does currently.

The formula came quickly and was as expected.

Jovie is the best formula out there. I get my shipment super quick. Less than 5 days. Very impressed. This is my 3rd time ordering from you! Keep up the efficiency and good work!

I have already emailed you many times that I want to cancel my subscription. I don't need the formula every 2 months, but you don't respond, thereby deceiving people that you can cancel the subscription at any time. The last time you sent me the formula was October 8th. Jovie Cow stage 2. My children are moving to stage 3. What should I do with the box of 24 pieces now, When I need stage 3, you simply ignore me and don't respond. What kind of service do you use then? Please check your email, take your formula, and refund my money so I can order another one.

Unhelpful customer service.
Emailed several times to cancel subscription. Keeps repeating going to the website but informed there is no subscription link found.

Son had terrible eczema on US formulas. Switched to Lebenswert through milky box and his skin cleared up within 2 weeks! Wish I had found this sooner.

They were able to respond quickly to an issue I has with my credit card and have it shipped with priority!

Having just purchased the product in Holland, I was hesitant to purchase it at a much higher USD pricing. However, being in the states right now, this was the best option in regard to price. I was skeptical about receiving my order in 2-5 days but can happily say, they delivered!

Service was fast

I ordered from this website and after not receiving any notification a week after I placed the order, I reached out to get more info on my order. I received a response initially that they were looking into it. After several days with no response, my toddler ran out of formula. I sent around 5-7 more emails with absolutely no response. To date, I have not received any response. My card was charged and I had to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge. I ordered from another website and received the formula within days after ordering. I would not recommend the milky box to anyone.

Company with integrity, clear easy to navigate site and great options.

I had purchased the wrong formula by accident, and when I reached out to the company they made me aware of a guarantee they have and let me purchase the correct formula and only had to pay for shipping. This was extremely helpful, thank you!

Do not order from this company. You will not receive your order. Customer service will give you the run around. Had to contact my bank to report fraud. The company said they would reimburse me since the order was lost in transit but never did. Horrible experience, especially in buying a necessity that helps feed my child. Don't let this company take even a penny from you and save yourself a headache from dealing with such poor customer service.

Have ordered many times. Most recently, ordered and waited over two weeks to find out it wasn’t coming. A refund doesn’t make up for the inconvenience.

One of the worst formula company's to buy from! The stuffed supposedly shipped and a week later I still don't have it. They put blame on the carrier and keep giving me the runaround. Do not buy from them because they don't deliver.

This company is a scam. I placed a bulk order of Holle Goat formula with express shipping on June 25th. UPS never received the item and Milky Box has done nothing to remedy the issue. I have contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. Their customer service team is an absolute joke. I will not be doing business with them again.

The rushed shipping seems to be a bit lagged. Ups doesnt even have the item yet, after 7 days? Unless there is a misunderstanding..
