Very helpful for preparation.
I used it before my appointment for the diagnostic interview to gain some clarity and it was very helpful in that regard to sort my thoughts.

Not only was this a great breakdown in preparation for my ADHD pre-assessment questionnaires but it came in a few different colour-scale options to save printer ink, which I thought was really thoughtful. I'm looking forward to completing this and taking it with me to my assessment appointment. I was worried about being underprepared but this is really great. I've finished the first section and skimmed the rest (it's a big job!) and just think this is so well put together, I'm so grateful it exists.

Like how you have the option print in B/W or colour. Brain friendly lay out.

It’s a really great product but it very long and took forever to finish. I do wish I had that information before purchasing. I still would have bought it, but I would have allowed more time before my ADHD appt to have filled it out.

This is a great book! I love how easy it is to read and ADHD is explained in graphics that my brain resonates with.

The workbook was incredibly helpful and eye-opening, and gave me loads of ideas to take with me into my psychology appointment

Understanding me and my traits has been very helpful in trying to control my ADHD, I have gotten clear helpful information that I can relay to my doctor to add to my treatment plan!

I printed and bound it but I love that it is a digital resource so you have no wait time to receive and if you don't want to use the paper version you don't have to. Super helpful tool that is very validating and makes feel more positive of getting assessed regardless of the outcome. My psychologist really likes it too.

It's a good starting point for trying to figure how to map out & describe your symptoms, with clear categories & explanations.

A great book to help guide you through the process, found it useful in helping me understand my symptoms and how they impacted my life. Explains things simply and clearly with great colourful illustrations

I’m very new to the adhd world

This company offers products that make me feel seen, accepted and supported as a neurodivergent human. The artwork is aesthetically pleasing, adorable, and helps with the visual needs of my brain. As a therapist, I frequently work with neurodiverse clients and have recommended this company to clients and colleagues.

I think this is a really good, affordable resource. The only reason I didn't give it more than four stars was because I have already done some diving into the ADHD journey, so it was a little basic for me, but the concept is wonderful and I am really hoping to use this to help students who may come to me wanting to know more about my experience with ADHD and coping strategies. I will definitely continue to follow Alice and the wonderful work she is doing!
