I found the Mini Interior Design Company online after searching for ideas to redecorate our front room. I had never used an interior design company before as I thought it would be out of our budget, but was pleasantly surprised at the affordability, especially given the exceptional and ongoing advice Jen provides. She is very talented and creative and provided so much inspiration for the colours in the room, as well as the lay-out of furniture, lights, curtains, pictures, etc. Jen is very patient and thoughtful and her attention to detail is second to none. Also, she is very easily contactable on WhatsApp. I can’t recommend this company highly enough. Thanks so much for all your help Jen, you’ve been amazing! 🤩

We’re really happy with Jen’s advice and her service via WhatsApp. We had Jen’s help to update the tired, dated hallway in our home (complete with awful scratches on the walls from the previous owner’s cat!). We have busy working lives and two young children so it was brilliant to be able to pick up working with Jen on WhatsApp as and when it suited us. She gave us excellent advice including links to products to finalise the look - this was amazing as it saved me the time of trying to find things myself from scratch! I’m sure we’ll use Jen again as we update different rooms in our property.

I cannot thank Jen enough for her wisdom, taste and infinite patience as I tried to make the most of my tiny sitting room/office space. Her ingenious suggestions sparked my own imagination, and together we made it work. Highly recommended!!!

We contacted Jen for help with our awkward "middle room" space, that is part hallway, part living space, part corridor to the kitchen. We wanted it make it feel like a cosy room in its own right, whilst still being the main thoroughfare from front door to kitchen.
Jen was brilliant - responsive, really encouraged us to go out of our comfort zone, and rethink how we organised the space for the best possible use.
She sent so many ideas, colour options, and suggestions, we had great fun working with her to plan it all out, and she kept in touch over the (many!) months we had trades in to do all the work, making extra suggestions and really going beyond our expectations. With Jen's help we turned an awkward space that I'd really begun to dislike into my favourite part of the house.
We are really looking forward to working with Jen again in the future to style and decorate other key rooms in our home.

I initially planned only to refurb my kitchen and bathroom, but ended up renovating my entire flat with Jennifer's help.

I can't thank Jen enough for helping with my decision fatigue! I'd got a couple of nice pieces for our master bedroom but then I was stuck and everything I tried just made the room look 'twee'. Jen was brilliant at understanding my worries and put forward ideas and colours I'd never have thought of, but I put my trust in her and went for it - and I'm so so glad I did!! Communication via WhatsApp is so easy, and Jen is really friendly - I almost feel like I know her now! Absolutely love our new master bedroom and 100% recommend Jen ☺️

We used Jen to help design our child’s bedroom. The communication was fantastic and Jen brought lots of ideas to fit the theme.

I used the Mini Interior Design Company to redesign the furniture and decor in my open plan kitchen/dining/living area. I had never thought about using an interior design company before as I assumed they would be hugely out of my budget however I was at my wits end with rearranging my furniture and still not feeling like my room was right so I decided to try out a consultation. I was impressed right from the start. Jen was friendly and put me at ease and straight away identified the issue with the design of my room, something I haven't been able to do in four years! I have always been very cautious of bold colour but with Jen's encouragement I chose a deep blue for my walls which is something I never would have done. The colour really sets the room and everyone who has been in the house since then has commented on how fabulous the walls look. Every piece of furniture looks wonderful and Jen's attention to detail is second to none. She even helped me to choose some beautiful cushions. I wanted a stylish room that was functional and practical with three young children and I have got exactly that. Jen was easy to contact and kept in touch throughout the process which was quite lengthy due to stockist delays due to Brexit and the pandemic. I highly recommend the Mini Interior Design Company and will be using Jen's services again in the future for other rooms in my home.

I approached Jen to help me with decorating our master bedroom and am so happy I did! Jen is absolutely superb at what she does, she was able to translate my very rough idea of what I was looking for into a reality, with in depth research into different products and styles, and constant communication.
Throughout the process Jen has been friendly, professional and thorough, meaning that we have achieved an absolutely fantastic end result, which I feel confident and very happy with.

Great experience with the design of my girls' new room. Really quick response to my original enquiry turned into a really efficient start to the project. Beginning with colour scheme and style, Jen put together ideas which she was able to fine tune to our particular requirements. She presented us with options in a range of price brackets which helped us stick to budget and splash out where we fancied. She did the browsing and shopping around which made it so much easier not to become overwhelmed by the project. All that's left for me to do is tick things off as I buy them from my custom shopping list! Great service. Perfect for anyone who wants their room to look professionally put together but doesn't know where to start!

I don’t know how I’ll be able to do Jen and her talents justice in a review but she deserves every one of those stars, and some!

From the outset, it was clear that I had enlisted the help of a professional that just knew her stuff; she listened and understood what I was looking for and I couldn’t be happier with the finished look In my living room. So much so, she’s working on the next room with me which I think is the best recommendation for anyone looking for the help of an interior designer.

In my first room, I had my base colours but had no idea what to do next... Jen asked me to complete a short questionnaire to understand what I liked and disliked. Shortly after she provided options for coordinating colours and looks (could’ve gone with them all!) and then just went to work. Communication was excellent and I just love that you get a mood board of sorts with all the items on it, as well as a list of the things to buy - links, prices, any discounts she’s seen, and then some alternatives if you need it. Couldn’t be easier.

If you’re looking for an interior designer, you really should do yourself a favour and get in touch with Jen - you’ll understand why once you start working with her! Approachable, amazing value for money, fantastic designer, and a lovely person.
