Update: total scam

Update: Still awful, awful, awful

I posted a review as my item hadn’t arrived and it had become apparent that it was coming from China. It finally arrived, significantly late and, surprise, surprise, was not what I ordered. The ‘wool’ jumper was definitely not wool and the design on it was different to what was pictured and what I ordered. I made contact immediately to process a refund and then the fun began. An offer for me to keep the item and have a 10% refund. I refused. The offer increased to 20%, then 30% and then 40%. I referred to their terms and conditions and the relevant law and asked for them to cover my costs of returning the defective item. So far they have accepted full responsibility but are continuing to refuse to pay the return shipping costs. This is a blatant scam and an attempt to make me give up given that the return address is in China and they are expecting me to pay the costs. Only then will they process a refund and I have no trust that they will do that even if I incur the costs of a return. It’s just a scam company who seem to keep changing their name to get away with scamming people for as long as possible.

There legal notice does however state they are governed by UK law and I am considering issuing proceedings just as a point pf principle. It may be if enough people take a stand and join together to bring a class action they might be forced to stop this.

Our most recent communication on January 14 reaffirmed our commitment to process a 100% refund immediately upon receipt and inspection of the returned item at our warehouse. This remains our position.

We deeply regret that we could not reach a mutually acceptable resolution. We will cooperate fully with any further steps you take, including providing all correspondence to your bank or relevant authorities.

Goods come from China, take ages to arrive. No labels, dubious materials quality. If you want to return they tell you you have to send to China at your own cost. I would never buy from them again.

Excellent service and help

Excellent service i ordered a jacket from themodehub and like an idiot managed to put my old address i messaged there customer service and they were very helpful and understanding and managed to sort out my order adjusted my address, upon receiving my order the jacket was slightly to big i once again contacted them to see what i could do about that i now have my replacement jacket on the way to me there was no stress in contacting them order was replaced no fuss the product is great customer service is excellent totally happy would definitely recommend ordering from them to anyone who visits there website

Parcel turned up half ripped open and when opened the complete wrong colour tracksuit was inside (ordered brown and got bright orange!) The quality of the tracksuit is absolutely shocking. When a refund/return was requested they said they could only offer a 20% refund!! Avoid at all costs

If i could give 0 stars i would. Bought a jacket as a present for my 70 year old mother. What turned up is nothing like what I ordered. Wrong colour, single breasted not double, Its only half the length that is shown and the collar looks nothing like the picture. Back and forth emails and they only want to offer 30% refund, yet apparently their QC team says the item i received is the item on their website. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Absolute con artists

Absolute con artists.
The website implies it is British based. It is not.
I ordered a smart tracksuit for my husbands Christmas gift.
It was ordered on the 18th Nov and didn’t arrive until 1st Dec. The tracking clearly showed it came from China.
When my husband tried the set on, on Christmas Day, the trouser bottoms were halfway up his calves. He is a pretty standard 5 ft 9 and I had carefully checked the measurement.
I contracted them and requested a return/ refund.
This was declined as they apparently only have a 14 day return policy.
When I escalated this they offered me a paltry 10%!!!
I have since instigated a chargeback with my bank as the items are not as described or fit for purpose.
I can’t stress how rubbish this company is AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!!

Absolute SCAM/FRAID do not trust these with your money or trust. They have not sent the item I ordered and paid for , a £79.99 cashmere hoodie. Instead they sent a tracksuit cheap hoodie that you can purchase from Primark for around £8. They insist I have to send back to china for a refund , which will cost in excess of £40 even after sending photos of the item they sent with a label with polyester on. DO NOT TRUST
