Ordered 2 Untitled Table and Wall Lamp Nemo Ark on Nov 19 2025 with 4 to 8 week delivery. It is now 15 weeks and no sign of them.
I ordered from the company because they're Canadian. I'd forgotten Canada's reputation for call centre penny mining stock scams and seniors frauds of 30 years ago. I see we're back at it in a different format.
At 7 weeks I wrote asking where they were and was told the factory had closed for Christmas. I told them to cancel the order. They said they couldn't as they were in production.
They just lied. Either the lamps had not started, they were being built, or had been built.
If they were being built, they would not take more than a day to finish - they were just being retired for North American wiring. They were built which leads to the last option - they were built.
if They were built or in production, it has taken 8 weeks to ship them from Europe to Toronto - and they still aren't here.
I leave this weeks for 8 weeks and no one will be here to accept delivery. The Modern Shop says it's not their problem.
customer Service just lies and says they're on their way. Dont believe them. The company is a scam or it's insolvent. They take your money and don't deliver.
I'll be more careful and check Trust Pilot in the future before ordering again.
