We had an excellent experience with our mortgage brokers from start to finish. They made what can often be a stressful process feel straightforward and easy to manage. Communication was always prompt, clear, and helpful, and they were incredibly efficient throughout. We really appreciated their support and professionalism and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others.

I had great support from Chris (and Naz) for my mortgage. I was unsure how it would go, having only recently returned to the UK and with a new job, but Chris managed to secure a very competitive mortgage from a main-street lender in no time. He was extremely responsive with queries, and despite a demanding seller, we were able to exchange in a record time of 3 weeks! He also helped a lot when the solicitor was a bit slow with updates. Warmly recommend.

Buying your first house is really like taking a crash course on the real estate business. Chris and Naz from The Mortgage Mentors walked me through everything:

- Seeing whether I could get a mortgage.
- Understanding the finances: interest rates, refinancing, overpaying, etc.
- Evaluating different mortgages and choosing one. Putting together a strong application.
- Viewing homes and negotiating with estate agents.
- When an offer has been accepted, arranging surveys and finding a solicitor.

This kind of support was invaluable and difficult to access otherwise, especially as an immigrant who doesn't know many other homeowners. I ended up with a great mortgage and we were able to complete my purchase in a very reasonable timeframe.
