Jake has been amazing, would definitely recommend

Jake has been recommended by my friends who was deaking with him a year ago.
I phone Jake monday morning to get some advice with RTB. 10 min conversation on the phone and we allready knew what to expect.
Within the next few hours i had emails and insrructions.
Fast forward to Friday (5 days later) my morgadge offer was approved.

Our mortgage requirements were specialist and a little complex. Other advisors had been unable to meet our requirements. Jake at The Mortgage Merchant put in significant effort liaising directly with lenders and ultimately he was successful in identifying a high street lender who were able to support all our requirements.
