Sandra was very rude and not at all polite or respectful in any way around my disability income question and I had called before but had more questions and when calling again she actually asked if my disability had to do with memory lol...it made me chuckle but in all seriousness that is really, really unprofessional. She could simple had said, no, we are that experienced with those kinds of files. Their loss because on my partners very strong profile, she is 100% going to be approved even by herself (verified). For us, that was a red flag and indication of what we would have had to look forward to if we went with them. DO NOT recommend.

Aftab was very friendly and welcoming from the first day. He explained the process in depth and welcomed all types of questions. He was flexible with timings and gladly explained things ensuring we were happy and understood everything. He provided a professional service and was very efficient with the process. Would definitely recommend him to all!
