I was really impressed by a very unique highly professional manner in which this lady Nicolle carried out her assignment. I had contacted quite a few solicitors firm to get a best possible deal to do the conveyancing of both buying & selling of our properties. It was not the price a primary objective but I was looking out for someone who can sound to be confident, polite & give a high level of professional impression.
This lady really was someone who made me feel totally comfortable & the more I asked her the more satisfactory answers were provided.
I would give her 10 out of 10 in-fact 11 out 10 if possible. Keep it up Nicolle. I am sure your firm must be proud to have a person like you.

Resolved, but Transparency Needs Improvement
My experience with The Moving Hub started off poorly. I booked a property survey expecting it within seven days, only to find out later that they outsource the work to third parties—something that wasn’t made clear upfront. Their refund policy was also not clearly explained, and I was initially denied a refund when I cancelled due to delays.
However, after posting my concerns, Michael from The Moving Hub reached out and offered a full refund, which I really appreciate.
While I Still believe, clearer communication and upfront transparency would make a big difference.
