They sold out of the original shorts I ordered. Niayl promptly emailed to apologise for website not updating, asked if I would like to swap for any of the other shorts of the same brand. I didn't like them so he then sent me photos of shorts that hadn't been uploaded to the website yet. I didn't fancy them so decided to swap for a pair of fairtex shorts. They unfortunately then sent out the wrong size shorts! Before they had arrived Niayl spotted the error and instead of asking me to return and exchange for the right size, Niayl emailed to say I could keep the larger size and also the correct size that was on the way as I had had so much hassle with the order. Amazing customer service this is how all companies should strive to handle customer issues. Have already recommended them to training partners and will deffinetly be buying from them again!
