This "Wooden Music Box" was made of plastic. Cost over £100. House lit inside with circular platform supposed to revolve but did not revolve. Sleigh etc was supposed to attach with magnets but some of the magnets were missing. These faults did not become apparent until this Christmas gift was given so too late to return. This was not a quality product but a cheaply made and faulty replica that was marked "Made in China". It breached the Trade Description.

Love the quality of the music box, the tune is really soothing

I got the phasmo music box for my partner and he loves it so much. It fits right in the palm of your hand and the song is beautiful.

The music box itself is beautiful, well crafted and came well wrapped for shipping. It shipped fast, the tracking was kept up to date and it only took seven days from shipment announcement to delivery day.

It has now joined the Voodoo Doll and Monkey’s Paw.

Placed an order for a custom engraved box on Dec 18th. Received a tracking number for Yanwen the 22nd. Package was listed as order received by shipper. Reached out to support on the 24th asking when it would be picked up. Got email back the 25th claiming theyd reach out to the carrier. Was told Jan 3rd the package was supposedly lost by the shipper and that they'd send out a reship. Had to stay on them to finally get an email a reshipment was sent out on Jan 12th. The new tracking number is also showing order received by shipper with no updates whatsoever. I'd recommend skipping this company and going with literally any of the other music box companies because I've had to play email tag with them to get any updates for this.

Received my music box today. The music box speed is faster than the sample song advertised on their website, and faster than a video they listed of one of their boxes. While the engraving and box is pretty, gonna have to stick with 1 star as what's the point of a music box if the music isn't correct?

Amazing quality and sound. Beautiful piece, would definitely recommend.

Everything was fantastic. I bought it for my wife and had a high expectation for it. The art work on the box is superb. My wife absolutely loved the box for the wood burning as well as the melody.

First of all, after waiting close to a month for the box to be delivered, I receive a faulty box that does not even function.

I informed themusicbox about this, and specifically asked them to NOT use this poorly reviewed delivery service they're using, and they sent me a "replacement" using the exact same delivery company, just to discover that the replacement I had been waiting 3 weeks for is literally a piece of bubble wrap.

I implore you to not trust this fraud of a website with your money.

Fantastic service. Delivered quick and easy. Product is exactly as described I was even surprised at how big the boxes were after reading some other reviews. Big shoutout to whoever runs their IG, they responded to my dm in a few minutes both times and definitely appreciate the lack of ai 👍

The music box sounds wonderful. I asked for Avatar’s Love, got a custom engraving of Katara on the lid, and it looks just like the picture I sent them. It’s a great gift for loved ones.
