I thought long and hard about how many stars to give and I almost gave three. My experience with The Music Cellar hasn't been great but I have found them to be honest and responsive in dealing with the things that went wrong. First the item I order was out of stock even though it was showing as in stock in their online shop and I was notified of that within 24 hours and promised a refund. The second problem I had was that after a week the refund wasn't showing up on my account, I emailed them and I received an apologetic email telling me there had been a problem with there system and the refund would be sent manually. This refund is now showing up on my account as pending so I still haven't actually got the funds back to use however that part is not The Music Cellars fault. So summing up, they responded to me quickly, I'm sure if the item had been in stock it would have been posted out next day and I would still consider buying from them in the future.

I’d give the place, and staff 10 stars if I could. Cant rate the shop, and its staff enough. We went in with lots of queries and a remit to buy a guitar as a present. Jake was highly knowledgable, enthusiastic and in no way pushy. Laid out all the options, gave great advice. We only went to have a look and was going to compare with other places, but was so happy with the help and information that we bought there and then! Arrived in store quickly and was checked and tuned by the staff. Perfect.

The items which I ordered online were dispatched extremely quickly, and were well-packaged. I prefer to support 'physical' retailers rather than purely internet multinationals if possible. Based on this experience, I will certainly be ordering from The Music Cellar again shortly.

There were other cosmetic issues with the finish of the guitar which have absolutely nothing to do with the shop, these are manufacturing issues. When all considered, I chose to return the guitar. All at my expense. So if your buying a guitar probably best to shop locally see what your buying 😏 this review is more about Bromo as a brand rather than the Music cellar as a shop but, I would have sold this guitar as a B stock.
Awesome guys, always so helpful. Set up my guitars, always stock my strings, would definitely recommend.
