Absolute joke of a company. It took a month to get it delivered and then Royal mail said it was delivered but it was not. They are slow to respond to emails and their website form. They do not respond to follow up emails and there is no way to speak to a person.
Pre sales customer service and advice was excellent and delivery very quick. As this was a gift I can't comment on the product per se as I've not used it personally. However if I need to replace my equipment bought elsewhere some time in the future I'll be coming here first
Really love the box, was just as it was described on their website. The delivery was super quick and I've used the equipment every day since. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking to get some great quality, reasonably priced gym equipment for home!
