Disgusted never received my order or any communication from the 6 emails sent and the 3 contact forms filled out on there website total scam stay clear avoid avoid avoid they delete comments on Facebook have removed the reviews absolutely disgusting how they sleep at night I don’t know. Have also come across lots of others who have had the same from this p**s poor excuse of a scam

Did not even want to give them a 1 star! Shocking ordered my nails weeks ago and nothing sent 3 emails no reply avoid at all costs !

I ordered my nails on the 7th jan still haven’t received them SCAMMERS!!! They send me emails and text messages about new products!! But don’t reply to the emails I have sent. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!!!!!

Placed an order weeks ago never recieved my nails, sent numerous emails and nothing! AVOID!!!!!

I received my nails today, they are amazing I am in love with them.
My only critique is that after reading the bad reviews I contacted them for an update but got no reply.

I ordered my nails on the 7th of January, they have arrived today (14th) 3 sets, they are absolutely perfect. they look amazing, this is the second order I have placed with them and they have always been amazing! so thank you so much The nail box, I have recommended you to all my friends. we might be in lockdown but at least my nails will look great now! really impressed with you! will be ordering with you again. they last for weeks as well and the varnish doesn't chip or crack! literally amazing!

Never received my order. They do not respond to emails. I wish I’d looked at reviews before ordering. Avoid this company like the plague! They are just scammers out to take your money!

Ordered nails on 16th November 2020 hoping to have some nice nails for Christmas, yet they never arrived. I have sent various emails to which I have had no response. I will be contacting my bank to try and get my money back!

To add insult to injury I get an email saying we miss you and was advertising more of their nails!!!

I have reported them to trading standards. Poor people are getting money stolen from these spoke. Zero stars! Do not use. I have asked for a full refund for goods not received. They don’t communicate at all to any queries. I spent quite a lot with them so I have filed a complaint.

This company rips you off. I placed an order and that was the last I heard. To date NO product received. Wrote email after email and NO response. Buyer beware!!!

I ordered £33.95p of nails from here in November and have NEVER RECIEVED my order!!! I emailed and got absolutely NO REPLY!!.

I would give zero stars if possible completely fraudulent please note that if you go through your bank even if you used visa debit on Apple Pay..ask for a visa dispute to be raised and you will get a refund

Ordered £40 worth of nails a month or 2 ago and paid to have them rushed. No updates and no nails ever shown up!

I usually always look up online stores here before ordering but the site looked extremely genuine. Ordered 17th November still no delivery and no answers to my emails. Do not purchase from this website complete scam!

Like everyone else I fell for the absolutely stunning nails they had on offer and felt like spoiling myself for Christmas! I placed my order on Nov 24th and nearly 3 weeks later I am still waiting! They ignore all emails, there’s absolutely no communication whatsoever. The reviews on the site must be false done by staff members. I have reported them to action fraud and I am in the process of working with the bank to get my money back. Don’t waste your time on this company! As convincing as it looks, it is nothing but fake!

Just to update I have reported this company to Action Fraud UK, I suggest as many of you who have been scammed as well do the same and get them shut down

Odered nails weeks ago, took my money straight away and no nails delivered, so wish i had read the reviews of this company before shopping with them, now i am just one of the many they have scammed not happy at all.

This company is absolutely fraudulent. I ordered two products on the 9th/Nov/2020 and till date no email confirmation, no delivery of product and no response to email sent to them. The owner, should not only be shut down but also persecuted for all the damages, time, money and frustration she has caused.
