Tara has helped so much to give me clarity and focus on decisions in my life. She created a safe space and was so kind and caring while also making sure we focused on the main area I wanted to work on. I found the 2 follow up check ins very helpful also as it gave me a focus for each week to help with my planning. I would highly recommend Tara for anyone trying to figure the next stage of their lives or just wanting to gain focus and direction for their future. Investing in myself by seeing Tara has been so worthwhile.

It is 8 months since I last spoke with Tara for my sessions. At first I was sceptical about what could be achieved on a zoom call and two check ins. But Tara cuts straight to the point in the most supportive and honest way. I felt like she was a friend after the first few minutes as she pushed me past my limiting beliefs. The the most important thing was she gave me hope and a way out of the rut I was in, a rut I believed was just the way life was.
My life is very different right now. If you are looking to move forward, whether you realise how you want to do that, or not, Tara is the person you need.

Tara is nothing short of an inspiration and excells at what she does. I have had the pleasure to work with Tara in a number of capacities. I had been meaning to link in with Tara for awhile, and my only regret was that i didn't arrange to meet with her sooner. I didnt know what to expect of if it fitted with what i needed.
