Inacceptable service. No effect!
I tried to cancel the subscription, because the product doesn’t have any value.
The website for managing the subscriptions has been permanently inaccessible. Via email, my subscription was cancelled. Nevertheless the next delivery was sent and billed via PayPal. Upon my complaint, the company refused to refund the billing!
This appears to be intentional rip off!

The product works extremely well and worth every penny
I love the product but I rated 4 because of the length of time I received it. I expected it earlier; as I was tracking, it was stuck at one location for a significantly lengthy time. The company even asked me how was the product and I replied saying no received. I think they were the one shot it moving again after my reply.

I want to share my experience with thenesthoney.com to warn other customers before they make the same mistake.
The product I ordered looked completely different on the website than what I received.
I ordered the so-called “Black Thai Honey” in black premium packaging. The website also clearly advertised a “Full refund – no fine print – no returns” guarantee, which made the shop appear trustworthy.
What I received had nothing to do with what was advertised:
• The delivered item came in different packaging (white instead of black).
• It was not the product shown on the website at the time of purchase.
• The quality and effect did not match the claims.
• The advertised refund guarantee was not honored.
• The only offers I received were partial refunds of 15 %, 25 % or 35 %.
• A return was only accepted under unreasonable conditions (customer must pay international return shipping + extra handling fee).
Overall conclusion:
The experience was extremely disappointing and highly misleading from start to finish.
I would not order from thenesthoney.com again and cannot recommend this shop based on my experience.
Delivery took a little longer than I expected but no fault of the company here, just shipping and logistics. The product is top quality and easy to manage. Sachets are easy to use and the honey tastes great. I have yet to take it and experience the instant effects but I’m confident it will be as advertised.👍👍
