I hired this agency for help launching my new venture.

I hired this agency hoping for international standards and genuine help with my new education project to be launched. 
The standards that were presented in the proposal and what was delivered were night and day differences. It was a very professional proposal, but the work was far short of professionalism. 
The only consolation was that a man who is selling called Pritesh was reachable when I wanted until I cancelled the contract. 
I instructed the agency to spend 500Rs on Fb adverts. 
They spent 1000 Rs- without checking with me. When I was away for training, I had no activity on social media for 11 days. Of course, they did not refund the payment. 
I have yet to receive the 60K / month they charged me. 
Nobody will respond after you cancel the contract. The referee regrets referring Mr Pritivi Tej, the owner of this agency. 
Mr Pritvi never responded to my WhatsApp messages or linked-in requests. Several attempts were made. 

They claim to have an office in the UK, but I tried to reach out, but there was no response..

This interaction with the Next big thing disappointed me, and I felt cheated

The Next Big thing was my ordeal.,
