A course I’ve always wanted to play, and it didn’t disappoint. Greeted by friendly staff and great food before the round started. Then made my way through the championship course in and around the race track. Highly recommend, and looking forward to my next visit!

I had the pleasure of playing Northumberland Golf Club this week with my uncle, having received 2 x Winter Golf 18-Round vouchers for Christmas

We had a great day. The course is long, but was in excellent condition considering recent weather, and we both played well which certainly helps! Staff were friendly and the spectacular 18th hole and club house house after were two highlights.

We'll certainly be back!

Really enjoyable round of golf on a course which was in fantastic condition for the time of year. We had been told it was a pretty boring straight up and down course but we found this anything but. First and last hole played over a big dip, a few blind tee shots, par 3 over trees. There seemed to be something happening on most holes.

There were a couple of temp greens early on but the temp greens were decent so didn’t spoil the course. Pace of play was good. We played as a 3 ball behind a 4 ball and were finished in 3 1/2 hours.

We will definitely be taking advantage of the 20% off vouchers for a return visit some time soon.

Very welcoming and course in excellent condition for December. Quirky with racecourse surroundings especially as there was a race meeting on whilst we were playing. Particularly liked opening and finishing holes.

Played the course 27th October, condition was immaculate, greens were true, fast and responsive.
Hospitality was excellent and food was great afterwards in the clubhouse too.
A great test of golf, and as a decent ball striker, those fairway bunkers were well placed!

Great practice range. Challenging well maintained course. Good choice of tasty food in the clubhouse. All the members we met were very friendly.Will definitely play again.

What a great experience and most likely one of the best courses if not THE best in Newcastle, fair ways and greens were exceptional. Rough wasn't to bad for you to play a good shot either, very forgiving. Very much open play so you could easily find your tee shot if ot goes left or right. Yes, a couple times!🫣 😂

Fantastic experience, can't fault a thing. Very friendly and welcoming at the golf reception, first class experience at the half way house, course was in great condition, greens ran true and were quite receptive considering it's been so dry.

Northumberland Golf Club is one of the finest courses I’ve had the pleasure of playing.
