Thank you for the detailed feedback, and glad you like the design overall.

The size discrepancy you're seeing comes down to the metric-to-imperial conversion: You ordered the 30x40 cm size print, which actually converts to just under 12x16 inches, so a standard 12x16-inch frame won't be an exact fit; that's expected with the metric sizing rather than a fault with your print.

We understand that's frustrating if you were expecting it to fit an off-the-shelf 12x16 frame. One option is using a mat/matting insert within the 12x16 frame to take up the small gap, which would give a clean fit without needing a custom frame.

Thanks for the detailed feedback.

To clarify re: shipping, we're not able to offer direct delivery to countries where customs charges are exorbitant and delivery delays are long, as this creates an unreliable experience for customers. That said, the extra cost you mentioned came from choosing to have the order shipped elsewhere and forwarded on yourself; that routing and the added expense were outside our control.

We'd also add that we weren't contacted about any issue when the order was first received, before it was forwarded to another country; reaching out to us at that point would have given us the chance to help before the extra shipping step was taken.

On framing: professional framing naturally involves additional costs for the materials and service, so that's priced separately from the print itself.

On the card: having the gift message appear on the packing slip rather than as a separate printed card is standard practice across online orders, not something specific to us.
