I cannot rate it low enough. I spent almost $100 on a flimsy raincoat I returned as directed, as other customers have said. After returning it EXACTLY as directed, paying a LOT of money thru USPS, with receipts, it came back from Italy marked "refused" in Italian.... DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. VERY POOR QUALITY AND DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS EVEN THO PROMISING 'EASY RETURNS' YOU ARE THROWING MONEY DOWN THE DRAIN.
POST Review: To be fair, I will not change my rating, but after making some lengthy and direct contacts, I wastold I would be refunded for the coat....

Have not received 3 blouses ordered actually on 5-12-24.
Told would ship 5-10 days. 2 blouses supposedly shipped 6-3. Can't track. Keep emailing company, they keep saying give 5-10 days. 1 blouses " awaitingshipment, can't get answer why waiting.
1 dress ordered same day 5-12-24 was received quickly but very cheaply made as expected. Sure blouses cheaply made also. Prices yes too good to be truly well made.

I thought this one looks very familiar. I ordered some dresses earlier this year and I paid for the items but nothing was delivered. They kept apologizing and said they would send another lot but nothing came. I paid around $40 US dollars. This is truly another Chinese Scam. Beware buyers 😡😡

Their return policy is ridiculous. 1. Returns have to be initiated with 7 days of delivery 2. You have email them for instructions. 3. You have to send pictures of when you want to return. 4. If approved, you need to repackage and pay postage to Italy for returns. So many email communications, terrible company. Total scam

They took my $ never received any of the clothing ordered would not answer texts sent to them. Cute things, great price, BUT buyer BEWARE!

Hi! In regards to three dresses I purchased from Nordswear. I will not waste my money again. Not only did it take over a month to get to me, it doesn’t even look like the same dresses I paid money for!!! This is false advertising & it’s not worth supposedly getting two for the prize of one. That’s a joke. I would not recommend them & you DO NOT get what you pay for. I have pictures to prove it. I wanted 3/4 sleeves as well. Cheap version of dresses.

Total scam paid 50.00 for an order they said was delivered and it was not. Now the website is also down, nerver recieved a respose from at least 5 emails. Upset at Accuweather.com for allowing a false company to advertise on their website.

I ordered in December they said it was delivered. Nope! Gave them another chance. Nope! Still waiting for refund.

Scam. Haven’t received after 4 1/2 months. Don’t let them take your money.

total rip off - ordered some shirts, they said they were delivered. They were not. Company said they would resend and I told them I wanted to sign for it. They agreed of course the resent order never came even though they said it was delivered. Turned it over to my credit card company for fraud

Trust pilot should address how NORD is scamming the community and assist via giving information on their address not the MANURE EMAIL SPOKE WITH KAREN ERIC HANSEN NO RESPONSE

Don't bother nothing but Scammers, never received what I ordered despite claims it was delivered. Even stated they sent again which they claim was to be signed for apparently delivered (on a Sunday) never received it! SCAM

I placed an order on January 30, 2023, and today is April 10, 2023. I have not received my order. If someone can tell me how to contact them, I would like to find out if they are EVER going to mail my order to me.

ONLY GAVE ONE STAR BECAUSE ZERO IS NOT AN OPTION. Still nothing from this company. It’s now April. I even paid shipping insurance but nothing. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered items I January I asked where it was I February they stated it had been delivered (NOT) stated they would resend if I signed for delivery YET AGAIN NOTHING) THIS IS ANOTHER SCAM COMPANY BUYERS BEWARE !!!

My experience with Nords is similar and exactly the same as most of the reviews. Ordered January 20th it is now March..47 emails back and forth. Have not received anything except frustration, confusion and disappointment. I too was told
my order was delivered. How can that be it was never sent. Several emails later they had the audacity to ask for $15 to re issue.However did receive a cheap ring was told it was sent to verify address my order was on its way. Have spoken to approximately 8 different customer service reps assuring me that order was sent. The last 11 emails from the same rep. Asked him how long we were going to play this game. Also got sucked in made to believe I was ordering from Norstroms.Do not believe the couple of reviews awarded them 5 stars. Perhaps Trustpilot could check for fake reviews. l noticed that the not so bad reviews and people who actually got there order were in 21/22. All from 2023 did not receive items ordered or refunded. One of those emails suggested al Can somebody please tell me how they are getting away with this, and why are they still in business Can no longer check status or view my order. In fact can no longer access Nords site. Obviously Facebook does not censor pop up online stores.So many fraudulent sites. Nords revieweep s can we not band together and sue Facebook for allowing this site to scam and steal our money. Will contact the authorities and share info with bank. Somehow they must be taken down.

I ordered some items back in November of 2022, received a small box, that I had to pick up from the post office, that I ended up not accepting, because it was not the correct order. They assured me that they would reship the items. I canceled the order in January and have still not received my full refund. And I wrote at least 20 emails, I will continue to email them everyday until they give me my refund!!!! Wish I can give them a 0

I am just seeing the reviews for this bogus site. I ordered a few items from this site back in Dec 2022. What a big scam. Don't dare order from this site it's clearly a scam!!!

I have waited 31 days for this order and watched the course of its so called tracking to see it says it was delivered where I ask myself it definitely isn't with me. Customer services Banana is no help what so ever tells you to be patient how many people are going to get scammed by these people until something is done about it. I am so annoyed PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE THEY ARE A DEFINATE SCAM
