Wish I could give no stars
Wish I could give no stars! Absolutely fuming! Dpd left my parcel outside over £300 jacket and I emailed them for them to tell me to email north face I didn’t ask for a refund I just wanted the jacket for them to email me saying I will not be getting an email because it’s been delivered. ( LEFT OUTSIDE FOR ANYONE TO GRAB) they told me to message my payment provider but I can’t see anything happening with that I’m fuming. I shopped with north face for years and I will never spend another penny on that website again! Absolutely disgusting this close to Christmas and they thinking it’s
Acceptable to be out that kind of money and not get your jacket! Shocking, they should stop using DPD!!!!!
Quality issues blamed on third party seller !!
Two separate orders of TNF beanies via NEXT, the first one arrived with ‘pulls’ in the knitted fabric- it was returned and a second one ordered, which arrived today. Second beanie also defective - an even worse ‘pull’ in the knit. It will also have to be returned.
Contacted TNF ‘chat’ re quality issue.
I was not met with much help or enthusiasm; told to buy direct from TNF as it was NEXT’s fault ? Both beanies were in their original, sealed, TNF bags so clearly not a third party seller fault.
All in all, I could probably get better quality beanies from “Barnsley Market” at a fraction of the cost !!!!!!!!
Very disappointing, to say the least. Any company can have issues with quality but to blame the defects on a third party is completely wrong.
I will not be buying anything from TNF again.
Got soaked wearing North FaceI bought a down jacket from North Face
I bought a down jacket from North Face; when I wore it, it did not even withstand Georgia rain! I got soaked. Quality has deteriorated from years ago. Beware shoddy merchandise from North Face.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service — avoid The North Face!
I’ve been waiting over 40 days for a refund and every time I chase it up, I just get passed around in circles. The customer service team fails to reply properly, and despite providing clear evidence that the item was returned, I’m still waiting. They keep blaming the courier, but that’s not the customer’s problem — it’s theirs. I’ve never experienced such poor service from a major brand. It feels like they’re doing everything possible to avoid giving me my money back. I’ll never purchase from The North Face again. Extremely disappointing.
Bad , bad, bad ……
Ordered expensive jacket from North Face website . DPD was delivering on the day I requested. I was at home all day waiting. DPD courier didn’t ring my bell just dumped my package outside near public area. When I realized my package was delivered (via email ) I went outside and package was gone. Contacted North face they said they will investigate (took 2 weeks btw) then send me email saying they will not refund me as parcel was delivered !!!! Shoddy service DO NoT order nothing from them !!!
Once you payed they don't care about you anymore
My wife bought a jacket from The North Face and she paid with credit card through Klarna over 3 monthly payments. The jacket was supposed to be delivered to our address on the 20th (Saturday). The delivery company left the package on my neighbour's porch (apparently he/she left by the picture). We were at home at the time of the delivery but they didn't ring the bell or called us. My wife saw the email saying it was been delivered at around 8pm, so I went downstairs ( I live in a flat in the first floor) and couldn't find the package were they said they left. We contacted The North Face that contacted DPD. Apparently they did an investigation and said it was delivered. The North Face does want to take responsibility, they said that they wouldn't refund the money (just a note: WE NEVER ASKED FOR REFUND WE WANTED THEM TO SEND A NEW JACKET!!!!) and to contest the transaction the credit card company. Of course now I will have to loose my time going to the bank to complain about it.
Basically the sold the item and don't care about if the delivery it well done or not. Doesn't mater if they throw the delivery in a different house as long there's a picture with a door in it. THE NORTH FACE NEVER MORE!!!!!!!!!!! I hope I could put the picture in here to show you...
Ordered item 2 weeks ago
Ordered item 2 weeks ago, it should have been delivered in 2-5 working days, but tracking still shows that item is with seller. No response from customer support so far.

Update: they lost the parcel, but made a refund and gifted discount code for inconvenience
No delivery and no refund
No delivery and no refund, no communication so will now issue Visa chargeback with my bank. I would say the MD probably needs to resign!
DO NOT BUY from The North Face Renewed
I can’t stress enough do not buy from north face renewed/ the north face. I paid a lot of money for a ‘like new’ coat and was only sent half of the coat! The inner part of the jacket was completely missing on delivery. I contacted the north face so many times by email and phone calls and they could not help me because apparently it’s a separate company despite it being advertised on the same website as the official north face store… I tried to contact the ‘renewed’ company and the customer service was awful. I have had to return the coat -
(Which was technically more expense than buying it new - as I only got half of the product) and they have charged me £5+ to return despite the company being at fault.
PLEASE NOTE: it also says on the renewed website:
‘’The North Face does not guarantee:
The existence, quality or authenticity of the items advertised
The truth or accuracy of sellers’ content or listings on the service
The ability of sellers to sell items through the service and ship items within required shipping windows’’
Which is absolutely awful as the north face is not taking responsibility for the renewed site when they are advertising it through their own website. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I have now purchased a different much better jacket through a competitor and I will not be buying from the north face again.
There is bad then there is these guys
There is bad then there is these guys. I have had nothing but problem and have still not received a refund. They’re awful and don’t care less about customer service. I personally think if I was north face I would be shouting it down before they destroy their reputation
Wrong size sent despite correct order
I ordered a Men’s Modis Triclimate 3-In-1 Jacket in size M (Order #299-903270915279058) from The North Face Renewed. However, I received a size L instead. This is really disappointing because I carefully selected the correct size, and my order confirmation clearly shows “Size M.”
Such mistakes cause unnecessary frustration, especially when shopping from a trusted brand like The North Face. I expect more attention to detail when fulfilling orders. I would appreciate a quick solution or exchange for the correct size.
Bought a north face puffer jacket from…
Bought a north face puffer jacket from the outlet malls, followed the care instructions on the labels, only to find a flat looking rain jacket to say the least, emailed the customer service department who asked for all sorts of info but when I didn’t have the original receipt they told me to jog on, I showed the purchase on my bank statements etc….. customer service is bad so is anything goes wrong you are left out of pocket, I see I am not along with these issues by the looks of it from other reviews
Happy Customer -I visited the North Face StratfordBranch TNF20…
I visited the North Face Branch TNF E20 at Stratford brank in London yesterday without the firm intention to buy a pair of walking shoes. Hamzah served me and I noticed he worked his heart and soul. I was most impressed by his patience and knowledge. He was very thorough and I ended up buying a pair walking shoes which was expensive but I was a happy customer. I hope The employers appreciate that he is an asset to the company
Poor labels
I have bought many things from the north face, I have issues with the north face labels keep coming off. I have not long paid £80 for some pants and its already peeling off. Might have to change my brand of clothing 🤔
Didn’t last a single day
My daughter bought a large North Face duffel bag for her inter-railing trip. She packed it, traveled across London to Kings Cross station and before she even boarded Eurostar, one shoulder strap broke. She is now in Europe with her brand new large duffel bag and can only carry it on one shoulder / holding one strap. I looked at the product on North Face website and another customer had the same experience one year ago - their shoulder strap ripped on the first day.
I called customer service but my phone call was disconnected and despite numerous attempts I didn’t manage to send an email via the online form. I then started a chat and soon after the send button stopped working. I was connected to a customer service advisor who was polite and explained my daughter’s options: return broken duffel bag and after inspection receive a full refund or send photos demonstrating the damage and get 15% discount on the price paid. I said none of these options were satisfactory as my daughter was travelling abroad and was left with no functioning baggage. The advisor apologised but said there were no other options.
Shaun was just amazing
Shaun was just amazing , fabulous knowledge and help .refreshing .
Ordered out goods quickly , lots of advise . So lovely well mannered .
Order "processing" 24+hrs and I cannot cancel!
I placed an order for an in-stock item, 24hrs later the order status is still "Processing"!
I used their webform to query/cancel my order and their reply was "Our ordering system is super quick which means it's not possible to change or cancel an order once it has been submitted."
Apparently an order cannot be cancelled even if it's not been shipped. I have to wait for delivery and then return it.
If they consider 24hrs to be super quick, I guess I should name beneficiary's on the return/refund process.
I tried the chat button - nothing!
I tried the "I still need some help" link in the email, 30 minutes later - still nothing!
Profits far outweigh quality and service
Buy something and within a day they are further reduced really rubbing it in. North face items are made in countries where they exploit labour for peanuts and sold at massively exorbitant prices. I have many many north face items but no more than 5% of these items are acquired directly from north face as the website is poor functionally and the prices are horrendous. Yes very cheap made items sold at very inflated prices. The majority of north face badges are vinyl stuck on rather than stitched to ensure they come off ASAP with laundry and ironing. The north face want customers to cover the cost of them reducing THEIR carbon footprint and think customers should pay more for them using less packaging. One good thing is they use dpd for delivery rather than the mickey mouse companies like yodel, evri and royal mail.
Totally let down by North Face
I understand that reviews are generally to complain.
HOWEVER.
My experience with The North Face customer service team beggars belief.
I initially wrote to them, to explain that my rolling thunder extendable handle had lost a screw which was located next to one of the red buttons you would use to extend or retract said handle.
I have had this lugguge over two years, bought it for over £200 had no issues in this time and love it.
North Face firstly replied stating they don't replace wheels, no idea why I got this response!
When I responded, and said I was willing to pay for the shipping and the screw (which cost would be a few pence). They said they don't replace them and I should look in local stores!!!
The screw is not generic and used only by North Face.
I am now at an impasse, unable to use my luggage as the handle is unusable and North Face can't or will not assist me by replacing the screw that I am quite willing to pay for.
North Face, please restore my faith in you and help me with this issue.
Delayed shipment
Delayed shipment, 3 seperate days with agents to check, promised updates that never came.
Agent couldnt reorder - would have to refund and order again. Guidance of next day delivery on website actually means up to 4 days as explained by an agent. Ultimately went with a different brand.
