The worst on line device I have ever…

-1 star customer service!

Reached out to North Face last December in relation to a NUPTSE 1996 jacket I bought in January. I have the exact same NUPTSE jacket but in black, with the faulty jacket being in blue - Thinking the quality would be identical, I bought a second. Feathers have been falling out of the coat to the point that there are little tears now in the coat where large feathers have fallen out! Reached out to north face’s warranty department again as no body had responded to my previous message back in December. I have been told that this is due to wear and tear/ neglect of the product?!? I have the EXACT same coat and never had any issues!! Do better!

No refund on missing delivery

I ordered a jacket and bag from the website, which was delivered to a neighbouring address, where the item was never handed over. Customer support offered no help and no refund at all.

Absolute scam of a company when you try…

Absolute scam of a company when you try to refund , I returned two items on 7th dec and have been told on numerous live chats and calls that my returns have been received and they are waiting to be checked and then I’ll get refunded to receive an email today that they have never received them and that I need to recover the money from my bank as they won’t be refunding .
This is really affecting my mental health d wellbeing as I have been actively trying to get my refund of £440 for several weeks , how can they treat customers like this ????

Don’t order online.

They won’t issue a refund even after you prove you have returned the order, even with their QR code label. I can see plenty of others have had the same issue!

Bought a pair of £125 boots ,within…

Bought a pair of £125 boots ,within months the suede started to fall off ,wasnt scuffed or scratched ,maybe wiped of dirt a couple of times .Got in touch with customer service who asked me for moths old paperwork and order number ,tried telling me it might be a fake site I bought them from ,absolute disgusting company with poor quality products ,i'll never buy north face boots again .

won't honour discount price after delay from CS team

Had an issue with a promo code, customer service askd me to wait 24hrs and try again, it still didnt work and an additional offer expired during this time leading me to spend 10% more than i would have if they sorted the issue on the day. The customer service teams refused to honour the price of the items if i would have placed the order when i did.

I would call it scammy practise, but they just dont care about their customers so I won't be returning

refund refused despite three types of proof of return

I made two separate orders for a jacket in October. Order number N0446359. One was size large and one was extra large. The large one was small so I sent it back via yodel I have proof of purchase I have a receipt, and I have the tracking number which shows it was delivered back to the north face four days later, we are now in January and I have been going back-and-forth with the North face for four months who claim that my return was never received. With all of the evidence I have and also CCTV of myself handing the package over in the yodel store North face, they have not been cooperative they cut my calls off, I call and they put me on hold and never come back or they read off of the same script saying the same thing. I’ve been told by over 20 different members of staff that my enquiry will be looked into and I will receive an email in 24 hours confirming the outcome I call every single day and nothing no email. In November I received an email saying I need to take this up with my bank for a charge back enquiry as they are refusing my refund. The jacket cost £225. It is not cheap. I am told the same thing that an agent will get back to me in 24 hours via email , and nothing. No email and no refund. no one gets back to me via email. It is infuriating. I went through my bank for a chargeback query they refunded me the money but then took it back off of me six weeks later as they said the north face has refused the claim. I am now £225 out of pocket, I am now going to have to go through court to get my money back, I’ve tried going through resolver I’ve spoken to the Ombudsman, I’ve also spoken to the citizen advice bureau who have lead me in the correct direction. This is disgusting from such a company as big as North face I have seen countless reviews on trustpilot that this is not the first time this has happened. there are hundreds of customers who are also claiming they send things back via the correct tracking methods and labels provided by the north face And then North face claim they don’t have the products and customers are left out of pocket. I will never ever be ordering the face again despite being a customer with themselves for over 10 years. I will fight for my money back because it is unacceptable. I kept proof of purchase. I have my tracking number and I have CCTV. The way I have been dealt with on the phone is ridiculous. Agents put the phone down, are rude, or simply just keep repeating themselves over and over again.

Order failed to arrive

Placed an order on 20th December, still waiting for it to be dispatched from Seller. Ordered replacement and tried to cancel order. Customer Service not responding and fail to read email properly. Still awaiting refund and the tracking is still saying to be collected by courier. Will avoid this company in the future. Awful service.

Sold jacket with dried blood

Purchased a discounted second hand jacket through North Face Renewed. Mentioned there was light stain on front of jacket which was fine. What they didn't mention that there was a rip in the sleeve with dried blood on the inside.

Refused to replace it with a new version (as no other jackets of same kind on Renewed) instead offering a refund if I sent back or a small discount if I wanted to keep it.

No understanding of how disgusting selling a jacket with dried human blood on it is.

Spare Parts

I need a couple of replacement wheels for some twenty year-old suitcases, which is fair enough. However, North Face require me to send the two large suitcases to them because they will not send me the parts, which I have already removed and am therefore capable of replacing. They claim to be sustainable which is obviously a load of rubbish.

Very cheep stickers

My wife bought me a trousers but after first 30 degrees wash some logo letters almost peeled off. And my wife trowed a recipe to bin. Very upset for pans for 70£. Not recommended , made in China

Terrible company

What a terrible company I ordered a jacket for delivery on the 20th December 2024 it has never been received I have phoned and phoned each time to be told they would ring me back yodel have told me they have not been given the jacket I have emailed north face a dozen times to be sent the same email saying someone would come back to me and they never have !!! The only option now is to go legal

Jodel missing delivery

7 days on from Jodel claiming a failed delivery of my goods that were to be delivered to a local shop drop off, despite the shop being open and numerous calls to North Face, I've had no help from North Face to resolve the issue and get my goods. Appalling service just like the various other reviews. Help!
