I am very much disappointed with this…

I am very much disappointed with this company because all they care about is their reputation,ive written a review regarding me getting my refund for the money they've debited from my bank account without my concern but now Zara is asking me to delete my review before i can get my refund because as for them it is a negative review for their company's reputation.they never think about their company's reputation before getting into my bank acc without my authorisation.
