Ordered a top and it arrived stained so i returned. Finally got a refund, weeks later and I asked them to cover return postage and sent proof of receipt. I had shipped another parcel at the same time, so there was two items on the receipt and got an email back saying I was lying about the shipping prices because I shipped two item. Had to sent a screen shot of my bank statement to get a refund. Rude customer service.

Dress canceled money not received
I ordered a dress and it was canceled without any excuse. I tried to get in touch with them for 3 times and still no answer. They did not give my money back. I want my money back!!

I ordered the GE crop sweat top in cream. The delivery was quick and the quality is absolutely AMAZING! The sweater feels very comfortable and the golden OD detail is so pretty and luxurious! New fav sweater and can’t wait to order more and see the next collections!!

More time spent on packaging than material
Product itself is poor. I ordered the Cycling Shorts in black and found that if I bought a pair of Primark cycling shorts and printed the writing on it would be the same. The material is see through and when spending £30 on a pair of shorts you would expect them to cover your modesty.
Other than that I can’t knock the packaging, that’s great. It seems more time was spent on that rather than reviewing the density of the materials used. Well made, just not worth £30. 🤷🏻♀️
