This guy is a criminal! Seemed like a good guy, gave me a quote and in good faith I paid £15000 deposit. Just days later he went bankrupt and to this day I've not seen a penny back.

They are a good honest company
They are a good honest company to deal with. Royal mail lost my parcel and Off Grid Engineer were quick to solve the problem. It did however lead to a week delay in getting my parcel.
It would be better if they offered some other courier services (I needed a battery charger to replace a faulty one as quick as possible), so some next day delivery would have been great.

Very good prices and speedy delivery much faster than the 3 to 5 days stated? I sent a text message to see if they could speed up delivery because I had forgotten about a bank holiday. I didn’t get a reply but goods arrived the next day. They missed one item, I told them by email and the item arrived the next day in the post, both within 2 days of order. Very good customer service.

This is a very unfair 1 star review.
