Great Service, Friendly Delivery Driver
Great Service, the delivery driver struggled to find my house (I have no number on it yet) and rather than just driving off like lots would. He called the office to ask for help. When he arrived he was friendly and pleasant. Lots of drivers would have reacted differently.

When you selected the 5-day delivery window we aim to provide a cost-effective option, though it does mean that delivery times are less precise. We understand that this can be challenging, and we're sorry if this wasn’t abundantly clear. We recommend next day delivery service if you require to know day of delivery. We don't list notification of delivery times as a service, though if requested we try to accommodate. I note you did not mention a need for this in your order.
Regarding the refund, it was issued very quickly after delivery since, as you had mentioned concerns in your order instructions about not having enough room in your tank for the full delivery of fuel you ordered, and indeed there was not. The amount delivered was detailed on the docket the driver left.
We appreciate your business - however as we delivered within the delivery window at an excellent price and promptly refunded the balance your tank didn't hold, I'm not sure if I agree that 2 stars is appropriate.

Very friendly and helpful delivery man. However, I would have preferred better communications from the company letting me know when (what day) to expect delivery. There were no communications and no indication of when to expect rather than the delivery man just turning up. What if no one was available to grant access?

We ask they would ring the day before they would arrive which they did, we were out when they delivered the oil there was no mess gate was locked again and invoice just at the back door excellent job would definitely recommend this company

Good price and super fast delivery
Usual supplier has moved to 10-day delivery window, unless you pay an additional fee for faster delivery, so tried The Oil Co, who had same price and 5-day delivery window. Within an hour of ordering, I received a text saying that since they had deliveries in my area that day, my order would actually be arriving that afternoon. And it did.
