First class customer service from Shannon and the team following a very minor issue. I always think its a testament to how good a company are based on how they perform not just when things are going right but when their is the odd hiccup. I can honestly say that the customer service experience was flawless.

My son wears exclusively OneGlove as the fit and durability are the best we've found, especially for an active 11 year old that's training 3 times a week and a game!

I recently had a pair of gloves that unfortunately had a stitching fault on the grip to the wrist support. other than that they are really good gloves and have mega grip on the ball.

Reported it to the customer team and they sent me a replacement immediately. Thanks for the fast response and good customer care.

I’ve been using One glove for 10+ years and have only ever had issues with 1 pair of gloves in that time being recently, I raised the issue and was supported by the team within 15 minutes of reporting and within two hours a replacement pair were being shipped to me! I can’t rate the gloves highly enough but the customer service to an even higher standard!

Brilliant. Gloves superb. Had them for 5 years and gone through lots with so much keeping. They always deliver and are robust.

Excellent gloves and customer service

The customer support team recently helped me with a mistake I made in my order. When I contacted them they were able to track my order and fix the problem. They swapped one of my glove sizes before it got printed words on them and before the order went into shipping. I am very thankfull to them.

Purchased goalkeeper gloves for both my sons. One we had an issue with when I contacted you team shannon was very quick to get back to me and sorted the issue in a timely manner. The gloves were great quality the boys love them .highly recommend the one glove company .

Our son is a very keen Under 9 Keeper for local team and has gloves, padded shorts and tops from the OneGlove which is great quality. we recently had a small issue with a new pair he purchased last week. the gloves arrived yesterday, i had chat via insta reporting the issue they advised me to contact support team via email. i sent email and the response was immediate. they were already aware of the issue from the social team and a replacement pair has been shipped. Great customer service, great product.

Absolutely brilliant gloves were split at seam after one use and they have replaced them

We’ve used one glove for for over 8 years.
My young lad does 4 sessions a week, plus a fake and plays at a good level.
But that is hard going on gloves. A couple of times we’ve come away from what would probably have been without knowing less suitable gloves, which haven't lasted a heavy session on Astro, more than good enough for a goalkeepers usual 45-1hr sessions once a week and game.
One glove communication has been excellent both times and resolved highly satisfactorily.
