We have bought quite a few bits of kit from the One Glove for my son. The products are great quality and the delivery times were brilliant.
The customer service is fantastic with updates regularly letting you know where your product is in terms of delivery, we had to get in contact with the company and they were very quick to get back to us and more than accommodating with the questions we had

I have shopped at The One Glove Company a good few times it has the best customer service I have ever known. Nothing is too much and everything is sorted quickly.

We've been using One Glove for a few years now. The gloves speak for themselves and are used at professional level for a reason. What we really appreciate and helps set OG aside is the quality / choice / fit / great customer service / delivery / contact. And knowing who you are dealing with. If you have Q the OG team respond promptly.

What incredible customer service I have received this evening, had a slight issue with a seem on the inside of the wrist coming away causing a hole. First issue we’ve ever had with any of the gloves and we’ve been using One Glove for the past two years. Spoke to a lovely Lady called Shannon who was amazing, so helpful and quick in responding. Unfortunately as my gloves weren’t in stock I couldn’t have an exchange so instead Shannon sent me the value of my order as a gift card plus a bit extra to cover the delivery costs. Honestly can’t speak highly enough of Shannon and the service I received this evening. I am a customer for Life! Thank you One Glove and thank you Shannon 🧤

Had issue with the soccer gloves I purchased even though I had some issues with the fit of the gloves on my son’s hand the quality of the gloves was one of the best. The customer service representative “ Shannon” reached out to me and solved the issue. I will in the future keep buying their product cause how well the gloves are made.

And a fast response should you need to contact them. I would highly recommend. There are very few company’s who still go above and beyond to ensure your completely happy with your purchase, but these guys can’t help enough.

Customer support was great after a third party mistake

Had an issue with a delivery which had gone missing by a courier however the problem was dealt with and resolved with pace by Shannon . Emails responded to quickly and overall great customer service delivered . Thank you

Very helpful and very fast to respond

We got my son a new pair of gloves for Christmas which unfortunately were too big. OG were brilliant and arranged for us to exchange them. Very simple process. Unfortunately EVRI lost the parcel so OG never received the pair back. After I emailed OG once, they organised for the replacement pair to be sent straight out without any fuss. Amazing customer service! Highly recommend.

A personalised response on a Sunday night from a human not a machine 2 minutes after I sent a question is above and beyond….. absolutely first class service
