My order hadn't arrived after 2 weeks. When I contacted Theonia, they confirmed that the order had been lost and straight away offered to refund or resend the order asap. I requested it to be resent and look forward to receiving it!

Placed an order, didn't realise it had Vitamin D in it so had to return as it states all products can be returned online
What they dont tell you is that to return it you have to pay to send it back to Germany recorded delivery so it's cost me £13 just to send it back
Not impressed

Having researched many products I found the collagen excellent and saw great results very quickly. My hair and skin especially have benefited which is why I initially searched for a product. Very responsive team and fast delivery. Will continue to use this and the deals are really good value.

I've just placed my second order with Theonia for their Tumeric extract & Magnesium Complex supplements. I cannot begin to describe what a difference they've made to me in the past month. I've had knee pain for quite a while (old age I fear), but in recent months it became unbearable. Rather than taking painkillers I decided to look for a natural alternative. Well the difference is amazing...knee pain has disappeared with days of taking these supplements! Their service, delivery and price are second to none. I would thoroughly recommend this company.

Ashwagandha complex product seems very good, I've taken it previously and I've found it effective. I have just ordered the probiotic, hopefully its good too. I found ordering with them was easy. The delivery took a bit longer than expected but communication with Thenoia was excellent.

I received my capsules today so only trying them so can't attest to how good they are yet. But they get great reviews so I have every faith they will help me out. As for the company themselves they were very efficient to deal with very good communication and swift delivery. So all going well I will be dealing with them again in the future.
