I deposited with a bonus. The playthrew balance was ridiculously high. After playing and I was placing $100 spins on slots , I went to see how much the play threw went down just to see it had not changed at all! This casino cheats! I contacted customer support & they could not resolve it & now I have a case. I must of went threw thousands of dollars in spins & should of been done with the play threw already! I will never ever spend money at this online casino ever again. Shame on this company! This is abuse to humanity & someone needs to do prison tine for cheating the public like this! Firstly, this casino does not offer many of any bonuses. I’m not a professional. I just played for fun and hopefully to win a little bit and own’s to help me. Secondly, I cannot find the slot games that I want to play very easily. I don’t think they are listed by provider. I don’t believe they’re listed alphabetically, but in any case, I am always conducting a random search to find what I wanna play.

I’m not sure if the Casino‘s response is also printed but in short, it was suggest that I could ask for a bonus when I make a deposit. I did as a matter fact a couple of days ago and was told if I deposit $50 and play through that I can get a bonus on my next deposit. I haven’t gone back yet for that bonus.

I was also told that I could use the search bar to look through their 960 games. Of course I’m aware of this feature however, I need to know the name of the games that I like in order to search. I guess I could make a list of games I like while visiting the many other online casinos? One can’t scroll by provider, or by genre if you happen to like certain slot machine themes. If I could give 0 ☆s, I would. I was referred by a survey site on which The Online Casino's offer states I would receive a 400% bonus. I did not. I did receive a 300% bonus, but what they failed to mention before my deposit was that I would need to wager AT LEAST 16000% of my initial deposit before I csn cashout as a condition of said "bonus." On a $50 deposit with a $150 bonus, I will need to wager at the very least $8,000 before I can cashout anything. That is absolutely insane. Customer service will not take accountability for the straight up lie published on the survey site about the 400% bonus or the fact that the payout requirements were never explicitly stated before deposit.

Also, in your policy given on your link, it says 30× rollover, 40× rollover, 50× rollover, 25× rollover, etc, but you never define what any of those actually mean. Never does it ever say that that means you need to wager a total of [(deposit + bonus) × (rollover)] before you can cash anything at all out, even if you are willing to leave the bonus money behind.

When you look up "rollover definition in gambling" on Google, the definition is: "A rollover is a MULTIPLE OF A DEPOSIT [(deposit) × (rollover)] that you must bet in order to cash out any winnings from that sportsbook. If you deposit $200 with a 10x rollover bonus, you need to make $2,000 worth of bets." And, another example is, "With a rollover, you have to wager a certain amount before withdrawing THE BONUS FUNDS. For instance, suppose you deposit $100 and receive a $100 bonus with a 5x rollover. This means that you must bet $500 in total before you can make a withdrawal of the bonus money."

Yet, your site uses the term rollover, but the rollover you enforce applies to (deposit + bonus) not just (deposit) as in the definition of the term. If you're going to define a term in a way that differs from the general consensus of what the term actually means, then you should give your definition of the term in your policy.

Also, in many cases, if you don't meet the rollover requirements, you will have to leave the bonus and any winnings tied to it behind but if you only wagered your deposit and never wagered the bonus money, you can cashout your winnings and leave the unused bonus behind. Your site does not provide this option, and that is never stated in your policy either.
