Great customer service.
My experience with this company was fantastic.
The actual package was stolen from my property, and after reaching out and contacting the team they were already willing to reship before the shipping insurance.
And after going through some of the one star reviews, they just don't make sense.
I've had my oodie for a few years now, (The ones that got stolen were actually a gift for my partner) and it's fantastic It's super warm no issues with any stitching or anything like that and the customer service team have been great.
So genuinely I have no clue what the other people are on about.

Obsessed with the new Oodie Puffer Jacket!! The fit is absolutely divine, cosy, flattering, and feels so premium. I own 30 Oodie products (no joke), and the quality has stayed incredibly consistent over the years, which is why I keep coming back. This is my third time shopping with The Oodie and I LOVE THEM!
I have an Oodie, a puffer jacket and I now own a set of their new Hoodies & Sweats collection - and I'M OBSESSED!!
The quality is so insane! I need to buy another colour ASAP, genuinely so obsessed with the quality. Will be living in these over winter.

I bought a sleep tee
I bought a sleep tee. I am a small person, granted, but this was excessively large the sheer volume of fabric pulled this off one of my shoulders. A small version in the same fabric would be better. Sold mine on vinted. Shame as the fabric was lovely and soft.

I bought this dressing gown for myself and I love it. It caught my attention with a gorgeous colour of raspberry and a cosy looking sherpa lining. I received it within a couple of days and it didn’t disappoint. It’s beautiful and warm and I enjoy wearing it. No regrets, I just couldn’t be happier.

I 100% recommend this company. From the customer service, delivery, packaging, and amazing quality of the products. I bought my Granddaughter a Sherpa blanket and my daughter a dressing gown. Both products are soft, fluffy and extremely warm. Quality made products, that will last a very long time. I am a very happy customer.

Menopause Must
I’m 52, I haven’t felt jealous of someone’s outfit since I was 7 until I saw my friend’s Oodie…I HAD to own one. Yep, they’re on the expensive side but the quality is incredible and since I’ve caught the menopause (IYKYK) being cool at night is all that matters.

I have bought oodies from this place before and absolutely love them. The quality is top knotch! I have also bought there sleep wear oodie tshirts that are so comfortable! Love them!
I bought the oodie winter puffer coat and unfortunately too small for me, but felt soooo warm. I had to return it and the level of service i received was very impressive. No drama no hassle just straight forward. Always recieving texts to let me know where we were up to in the return!
I absolutely love the oodie and would totally recommend any of there clothing to anyone!
